The project provides two towers: the lower one will host a hotel equipped with terraces, a casino, and shopping mall in first forth floors. The highest tower will host offices. The project uses white lines which get an irregular pattern on the lower floors turning straight starting from the 5th floors. The hotel tower gets horizontals lines in memory of the sea’s horizon line. The tallest tower gets frames which vertically surround the offices.

A residential building for five families with a detached building for guests. Every floor is different in the plan shape according to the client’s request. The effect of uniformity is due to the use of the terraces which surround every floor. The terraces get thinner floor after floor till the roof floor. At the first floor a wide canopy connects all the buildings in order to create the effect of a unique volume. An adjustable shading system provides the correct quantity of sun.

Light, wood, prewathered zinc and fire are the elements which play the most important part in this green building. The house’s structure is composed by wood. Big windows bring the light inside, the intensity of natural light is moderated by sun blinds. The dobleside fireplace divides the living room and dining room and it’s visible outside through the big windows. The dimmable led light come out from many cuts in the ceiling giving in the night a kind of natural lighting without strong shadows.
