Motorcoach Meet & Greet

The Visit Myrtle Beach team would like to personally express our appreciation to your group for visiting our area!

Upon arrival, your motorcoach can stop by the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce Welcome Center at 1200 North Oak Street in Myrtle Beach anytime from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

A representative from our team will greet your guests and give each person a souvenir.

Our convention services staff is eager to assist and answer any questions you may have to make sure your meeting is a success.

Lead Service

We can help connect event planners like you with the facilities, hotel, attractions and restaurants you need to run a successful event.

Participants in our lead service will have their group needs distributed to the area’s top suppliers. Your group will receive a compiled bid book of proposals or partners will submit their bids directly to you.

Site Visits

The Visit Myrtle Beach team can help you vet potential locations for your group event meeting or conference.

We will arrange site inspections of the facilities, hotels and attractions that you are considering for your event.

Media & Government Contacts
