Day 1

Experience North Myrtle Morning

Check-In - Arrive at your oceanfront hotel and be greeted by friendly staff who will make sure your group has what it needs.

Explore The Beach - Enjoy free time on our sandy shores. Take a walk and enjoy the sights, dip your toes in the Atlantic Ocean or just plop down with a good book — the choice is yours!

Lunch

Lunch at Barefoot Landing - Set along the Intracoastal Waterway, Barefoot Landing is one of The Beach’s most popular shopping & entertainment destinations.

Enjoy lunch at here at Lucy Buffet’s LuLu’s, Crooked Hammock Brewery, House of Blues or Greg Norman’s Australian Grille.

Afternoon Activity (Choose One)

Experience Muscadine Wines - Native to our region, Muscadine grapes make for sweet, drinkable wines that are on display at wineries, restaurants and bars throughout the Grand Strand.

Spend your afternoon learning about these wines and how they’re made with a tour of Duplin Winery at Barefoot Landing. Dive Into Our Rich History - Turn back the clock as you explore our history at North Myrtle Beach Area Historical Museum. Browse through exhibits and memorabilia from four beaches — Cherry Grove, Ocean Drive, Windy Hill and Crescent Beach — which combined to become North Myrtle Beach.

Learn about the history of shag dancing and beach music and transport yourself back to simpler times of the late 1950s and early 1960s.

Dinner

Take a Dinner Cruise - The Barefoot Queen Riverboat, based at Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach, is a 70 ft. authentic wooden riverboat.

It features two climate-controlled interior decks and three outdoor deck spaces to enjoy fresh air and gorgeous views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Cruises include onboard entertainment and narration.

Enjoy a Show - It all started in 1986, when Calvin Gilmore and the Carolina Opry pioneered theater in the area, launching The Beach into being a hotspot for live family entertainment. Now, we have 10 amazing theaters offering nightly shows.

In addition to The Carolina Opry — with its flagship show still running strong 37 years later — there’s also awesome spots like Barefoot Landing’s Alabama Theatre, which recently unveiled a new show called “ICONIC” for 2023.

Shopping at Tanger Outlets - Shop Tanger Hwy. 17 for the nation’s leading designer and brand name stores with the widest selection of today’s favorite fashion trends, all in a fun, clean, group-friendly environment!

DAY 2

Explore the heart of Myrtle Beach

Breakfast

Fill up at your host hotel - Enjoy a hearty, complimentary breakfast at your host hotel filled with tasty options like bacon, sausage, eggs and southern treats like biscuits and gravy.

Morning Activity (Choose One)

Walk The Boardwalk - Dive into the heart of Myrtle Beach, walking the 1.2-mile promenade and taking in the oceanfront scenery. Stop for a cup of coffee, do some light shopping at The Gay Dolphin or grab breakfast at one of the many restaurants.

Shop at Broadway at The Beach - Freely explore this awesome 350-acre complex and enjoy shopping at more than 75 different shops, explore the area’s many attractions or just enjoy the atmosphere of this lively entertainment center and partake in people watching, feeding the fish, or enjoying public art installations.

Lunch

Lunch at Broadway - With so many restaurants to choose from, Broadway at the Beach serves up good food, good drinks and good times.

From all-American steaks, hamburgers, and seafood to the international flavor of fajitas and sushi, Broadway has it all.

Explore Brookgreen Gardens - The gardens feature American sculpture, botanical gardens, Lowcountry history and a zoo. Located on 9,000+ acres of former rice plantation land, this historic site’s natural and cultivated landscape is a “must see” stop for any motorcoach group.

Enjoy a Magic Show - Make your Myrtle Beach trip truly magical with a show from a top-notch illusionist at either Broadway at the Beach’s Wonders Theatre or GTS Theatre in Myrtle Beach. Take in a matinee at Wonders with Internationally-known Illusionist Charles Bach, or enjoy the Comedic Magic stylings of Michael Bairefoot at GTS.

Brookgreen Gardens

Take an Eco-Tour - Discover local wildlife with a Myrtle Beach Eco Tour. Explore Murrells Inlet and its beautiful saltwater marsh estuary as your group enjoys the tranquil waters, bird watching and observing the underwater sea life with a naturalist. There’s also a shelling cruise where you can disembark onto the beach and dune area searching for local treasures and shells.

Seafood Dinner - The Original Benjamin’s Calabash Seafood has been an icon in Myrtle Beach for more than 30 years. The restaurant serves Calabash-style seafood lightly battered and deep-fried.

Other amazing options for enjoying a fresh-catch include Giant Crab, Chestnut Hill and Bubba’s Fish Camp & Smokehouse.

Murrells Inlet MarshWalk - Enjoy dinner at the MarshWalk, located along the gorgeous salt marsh of Murrells Inlet.

The area’s finest restaurants are located here and offer everything from burgers and fries to prepared-to-order fresh seafood, wood-fired pizzas, and the finest steaks around. Check out spots like Dead Dog Saloon, Drunken Jack’s or Wicked Tuna.

Try a Dinner Show - What’s better than a great meal at The Beach? A great meal at the beach with exciting live entertainment at one of our dinner shows! Experience the swashbuckling fun of Pirates Voyage — a show filled with acrobatics, diving, animals and action — or transport back to the days of knights, jousts, and sword fights with a trip to Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament.

Night Flights at The SkyWheel - The iconic Myrtle Beach SkyWheel is a oneof-a-kind experience that will wow visitors any time of day — but it’s especially interesting at night. Take a night flight on the nearly 200-foot-tall wheel and get a unique perspective on Myrtle Beach’s oceanfront downtown area and also enjoy an awesome lights show from the wheel’s more than 1 million LED lights.

Take in a Tribute Show - Throwback to the music of the past with one of the great tribute shows offered along the Grand Strand. We have 10 theaters in all, with spots such as GTS Theatre, Broadway Theater and Legends In Concert all specializing in shows paying tribute to top-notch artists.
