a new way to discover beauty MyShowcase entered this year on a high – quite literally – as our first digital advertising campaign launched at Piccadilly Circus, the most famous billboard in the world, then right across the capital on panels from Westminster to Westfield. We gathered to see the Piccadilly site go live one evening in January after our Inaugural Conference (Showtime!) where we welcomed Stylists from all corners of our network. We’re also thrilled to be entering our third year with five remarkable new beauty brands. Cass and Jonathan Hall’s labour of love began when they moved from London to a remote Valencian village, surrounded by mountains and clean, fragrant air. “Taking our dogs out for walks at first light, we noticed a heavenly fragrance in the air,” Cass reveals. “It’s the perfume of wild mountain herbs – of fennel, rosemary, mountain pepper and intoxicating rockrose.” The alchemy of these aromas, blended naturally on the breeze, weaves such a magical spell that they were inspired to capture it as a scented candle. And capture it they did, with the help of talented perfumer Anastasia Brozler, creating their remarkable signature candle, First Light. Juli a gab ella fou nde r We’re thrilled to be able to bring New Yorker Julia Gabella’s Bandtz (pronounced ‘ban-dits’) to the UK – they’re the cutest hair ties we’ve seen. Julia had struggled to find pretty but robust ties for her hair; so the former fashion publicist started making her own from vintage trims, and inevitably the requests began to come in from friends. Andrea Garland is one of those rare multi-talented people whose creative, unique ideas make her a huge asset to the beauty business. hea the r ma rte n Fou nd er English Graphics is the essence of contemporary design, print and publishing. “It’s more than just a card folded with a picture on it,” explains designer Heather, who designs wedding and event stationery and founded the company with her husband Peter England (hence ‘English’ Graphics) because it seemed a natural way to combine their talents. “The seed of the idea came from a passion for photography and design. We get a lot of inspiration while out walking our dog along the coast. My husband takes the images for the land and seascape cards – he has a great eye for photography – and I work up the designs. I like to add crystals to my cards to make them shimmer – you’ll see a liberal scattering on the special beauty series I’ve created for MyShowcase!”

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS We hope that you will be delighted with your order. If, however, you are not completely satisfied for any reason with the product(s) you bought from MyShowcase we are happy to replace or refund you the cost of the product(s), provided that: • you contact us within 14 days of receiving the product(s) • they are in their original, unopened and unused condition when we receive them. You are responsible for the cost of postage and packaging of a return.
