Delicious Cookie Trio Demo with Chef Frank Dodd Saturday 12:00 PM | 2:30 PM $30 per person + taxes
Join Chef Frank Dodd in the Studio Room at Trius Winery Restaurant for a spring cookie demo! Chef Dodd will guide you through the secrets of baking three delicious cookie recipes that you will sample paired with a glass of Trius Brut. A coffee bar will also be available. Each guest will take home some pre-made cookie dough and recipes to bake at home.

Trius Spring Dinner Saturday 6:30 PM $110 per person + taxes, gratuities
Join us in the beautiful Vineyard Pavilion for a 3-course Spring-themed dinner. You’ll be treated to a glass of Trius Brut on arrival and seated to enjoy a meal prepared by Chef Dodd and his culinary team. Each course will be complimented with wine pairings selected by our in-house sommelier.
