Explore the decadent art of wine, chocolate, and cheese pairing at over 20 estates in Niagara-on-the-Lake. VQA wines matched with chocolate or cheese-infused dishes –from classically sweet fl avour combinations to unexpected surprises. Chef Desharnais will be serving spicy bittersweet chocolate, pepita, and black bean mole sauce served over zesty cheese nacho with crumbled cotija cheese paired with our Wayne Gretzky Estates 2021 Rosé.

Winter Snow Globe Dining

Nightly at 7pm

Join us for a unique outdoor dining experience in your own personal heated snow globe. You’ll enjoy a four-course prix fi xe menu with wine pairings under the stars overlooking our snow-covered vineyards. Enjoy the best fl avours of Niagara Wine Country prepared by Chef Dodd and his culinary team. At the end of the evening, enjoy Chef Frank Dodd’s homemade hot chocolate along with a roasted marshmallow toasted on your personal firepit.
