The ALS Association Invites You to Establish an ALS Promise Fund and Honor Someone Special. Share your family’s story, your photos, videos and create a spoken remembrance. Your page on The ALS Promise Fund web site is a place for family and friends to visit and remember...a permanent tribute. You can create your own Promise Fund through a gift of $25,000 or more. This gift may be made over a period of up to five years. The Promise Fund is an opportunity for spouses, siblings, children and friends to come together and honor someone they love.
