The Loudoun Convention & Visitors Association (LCVA) offers a myriad of complimentary services designed to make your planning easier and your wedding something that your friends and family will talk about forever. The LCVA is here to help you find the perfect site and wedding vendors based on your ideal wedding, including the size of your guest list, the setting you’ve always envisioned, and your personal style. We’ll start with suggestions for ceremony and reception sites, as well as rehearsal dinner facilities. Next, we’ll provide referrals for wedding coordinators and other services such as catering, flowers, transportation, and photographers. We’ll also assist in securing accommodations for your out-of-town guests, along with group rates. And finally, we'll provide you with welcome packet materials, including county maps and other brochures, to assist your guests with information on things to see and do during their stay.
