‫ﺷﻴﺐ ﺑﻴﺶ ﺍﺯ ﺣﺪ ﻟﻮﻟﻪﻫﺎﻱ ﺍﻓﻘﻲ ﻓﺎﺿﻼﺏ‪ ،‬ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺍﻓﺰﺍﻳﺶ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺳﻴﺎﻝ ﺩﺭ ﻟﻮﻟﻪﻫـﺎ ﻭ ﺍﻳﺠـﺎﺩ ﻣﮑـﺶ ﺳـﻴﻔﻮﻧﻲ ﺩﺭ‬ ‫ﻭﺳﺎﻳﻞ ﺑﻬﺪﺍﺷﺘﻲ ﻣﺘﺼﻞ ﺑﻪ ﻟﻮﻟﻪ ﻣﻲﮔﺮﺩﺩ‪ .‬ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮﺍﻳﻦ ﺷﻴﺐ ﻟﻮﻟﻪﻫﺎﻱ ﺍﻓﻘﻲ ﻧﺒﺎﻳﺪ ﺍﺯ ‪ 4%‬ﺗﺠﺎﻭﺯ ﮐﻨﺪ‪.‬‬
