LEADERSHIP LETTER 2020 and 2021 will likely go down in America’s history as two of its most memorable years considering major challenges and events i.e., COVID-19, systemic unrest, massive cyber threats, the induction of our first female and black Vice President… just to name a few of the momentous occurrences. In the face of life-changing challenges, we have held fast to our beliefs and determination while demonstrating resilience and effectively navigating troubled waters. We led, collaborated, and remained focused in our efforts to not just survive but thrive -- all while supporting one another and exemplifying excellence while doing so. We are NAAIA! As such, the organization’s programming, chapter expansion, membership growth and partnership development continued to break records. Our results exemplify our individual and collective efforts and commitment to our vision and mission. On behalf of the National Board, we thank our Chapter Leaders, members, partners and supporters for your continued support, leadership and service. To the fierce men and women who contributed directly and indirectly to our programming, we applaud your leadership and commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and to NAAIA. To all, we hope that through your ongoing and intentional efforts, this powerful resource, with its On Demand Recordings, will find new life and remain relevant for the months and years to come. Happy Holidays and Enjoy!!! Sincerely,

WE CAN BE BETTER. “At State Auto, let’s try to be better. If you do nothing more than continue the conversation and listen to one another, we can be better. If you do nothing more than respect one another and accept that we’re different and that it’s OK to be different, we can be better. If you choose to speak up and say ‘enough,’ if you witness racism, bias, or unfairness in any form, we can be better.” — Mike LaRocco
