UX/UI Design, Web Development The Cap Factory is a child company of Decor Inn which already sells headwear like caps, beanies and hats in Europe-majorly in England. The Cap Factory intends to focus specially on Berets. Berets are very popular in European countries. The Cap Factory however is India based company and does all its production in India only. Along with selling headwear in Europe, It also wants make some sales in India. Currently the company is in initial phases.

Upon asking, many people showed their interest in buying berets online. The berets were amalgamated with indian traditional embroidery, which gained the attention of people. However, people are reluctant to pay in a diffeent currency. Also, many designs in beret shared common language and hence users have to invest time in sorting the berets they like. Majorly the consumers are women between the age of 18-35. And most of them prefer mobile devices to browse such shopping webistes.
The concept of Berets is relatively new in India and hence to make it appealing for the people was the most difficult task. For the people in Europe, the adaptation of a new vocabulary of design in their own traditional beret was totally stranger to them. Hence their confidence had to be gained in order to make them invite the Idea of Indian style Berets.
The website is primarily an e-Commerce website. The idea was to design it with a minimalistic approach. To keep the website familiar to the users, a similar flow like that of other prominent ecommerce websites like amazon and flipkart was used. The users were given a choice at every stage of the website to change between USD and INR. For appeal, a series of photoshoot at various destinations were conducted. A mix match approach was carried out make people understand how and where they can wear a beret.

SCREENS The webiste is very similar to any other ecommerce webiste in layout and user flow. Some prominent features to improve user experience are incorporated. The header has been divided into two parts. The left consists of logos and generic main menu, while the right comprises of three specific elements-The 'User Account' Icon, Search icon and a cart dropdown. The cart dropdown is a special feature that lists all the items added to cart and is available to access at any page. Similarly, the floating currency change button at the right is available at all pages. User can choose to view the prices either in INR or USD.

Starting with the idea of promoting Art, The Perspective Hub is now evolved into an organization focusing on Youth Emoperment. For the same it organizes meets, events, competitions and Workshops. The Perspective Hub needed a website to showcase all its work and Achievements.

After a long discussion with team members we came to a point that The Perspective Hub does most of it's work on ground or on other platforms like youtube or soundcloud. This website is merely for showcasing what they do and keep the users updated with latest events and activities being organised by the organization. Upon approach , the organization had a substantial number of traffic on its blog page. However the blog page was messy and cluttered.
The primary challange was to make people familiarize with the idea of The Perspective Hub. People could not figure out what the organization actually does just by the name of the organization. The website was the next best place people would go to know more about it is obviously the website. The website thus had do be made crisp and to the point.
A research was conducted to know how other successful organisations displayed their work and achievements. Several user surveys were conducted to know what and how exactly the people wanted to know about the organization. All the points were jot down together. Few iterations of the landing page were made and the latest one was finalized. Although its a multi page website, we used a hybrid single page layout to lay down the website where all the information were laid down in a single page and lesser important items were branched out.

Apart from selling cycles, the same company promotes cycling on a ground level. For the same it organizes competitions, meetups and more. They wanted an online store to sell thier cycles and cycles parts. However, the did not manufacture cycles. Instead the had collaborated with some cycle manufacturing companies.

Cycling has always been a cheerful and a primary means of transport in India. But now, cycling has also become a sport. A fitness activity and a hobby in people. Bums of the Saddle leverages this opportunity to provide people with specialised cycles as per needs and comfort. The company has been operating offline for quite a long period in Bangalore, but now as it is getting more and more appreciation amongst people, it decided to go online to reach as many people as it can.
Encouraging cycling as a sport and a hobby is more likely possible in urban areas. On top, the cycles sold by Bums on the Saddle lies at a very high price bracket. Categorizing different cycles as per the specialization lead to many categories and hence will create a sense of confusion in user. The main challenge was to make it easy for the user to select the right product.
We started with categorizing every cycle based on the usability, material, sterdity and features. To create an appeal in the website we went around and did some good action photography of the cycles with the help of professional cyclists. Once we were ready with all the categories, we started building up the homepage. The homepage was the most difficult one to finalize. We did a couple of A/B tests and interations. Once the home page was setup, rest of the pages were developed smoothly following up th e vocabulary of the homepage itself.

Pizza is a dish which is popular everywhere in the world. As much as the dish is popular and in demand, it also creates a heavy and tough competition among the Pizza restaurants. This means, they have to be always cautious about their quality. Not only in preparing delicious pizzas, The company has to facelift everything related to the company. This includes, the website as well. The website had to be very intuitive and should deliver what the customer wants just within few clicks.
The main challenge for this website was to keep the website very minimal along with loads of information to be displayed. The menu was quite long and as it keeps on developing new and new recepies, the menu will keep on getting bigger and bigger. We had to find a way on how to display all these in such a way that it does not looked messy.
Instead of spending much time in categorization and arrangement of content on the website, we played with the typography majorly. With readable small fonts and large spacing in between we were able to achieve a decluttered formats. Thes we carried on designing everything based on a grid system. This way the users got to see and compare many items at once on a single scereen without having to scroll below.

This is a Christian School based in Brookville, United States. The school wanted to develop a totally new website for itself. Although it already had a website but the hierarchy and arrangement of the web pages were very confusing and people used to get lost in between.

The school has diverse programmes in study, various areas of sports a huge library. Also, to cater so many fields, It has a huge number of faculties as well. The school organises internships and trainings for dedicated students who are interested. They also have a huge alumni base. As already mentioned earlier, the school is based on Lutheran Church and thus an understating of what the church teaches about educaton was crucial.
The client did not want a School Management System on the website. Rather the website was just an online record of the school to make latest announcements and keep visitors updated of what is happeing in the school. Furthermore, the school website was being created to give visitors a detailed information on how the school operated and what should they be expecting for a child in this school.
We started with listing down all the information available that had to be incorporated on the website. As one can imagine, a database prepared was huge. And so was the data that had to be displayed on the front-end. For the same we decided to use bigger fonts and sections so that the user does not keep searching for what he/she wants from the website. A specific colour scheme was fixed and all the pages were designed accordingly. A mix of outstanding photos and videos were used in the website to show the visitors a glance of inner areas.

It is a Singapore based restaurant which served traditional chinese food with a little bit of amalgamation with other cuisines. Though one can go and have a meal here, but it primarily focuses on organised parties and meets. As said, it works more like a Banquet hall rather than a generic Restaurant. What is unique about this Banquet hall is that it creates a complete chinese vibe inside apart from traditional chinese food.

The Banquet hall is quite known in locally and is counted with one of the most luxurios banquet halls of the area. It has managed to get excellent and worthy reviews from trusted sites like Tripadvisor. Because of which it also attracts foreign customers. It has a huge space and can accomodate upto 1500 guests at a time. With traditional chinese vibe, it as incorporated a modern western touch to its food as well as interiors. The website is expected to do the same.
The most obvious challenge was to understand Chinese culture and how and to what extent the restaurant has incorporated modern western culture in it.
We started off building a website like any other restaurant website but unlike displaying everything on the homepage who decided to display a the values of Chinese traditions and how the banquet upholds the same. Interesting photographs of traditional Chinese food that is being served in the restaurant were displayed on the homepage. The sections for the restaurant and banquet was separated by different cards. All the menus with downloadable as document so that it the user can keep it offline and decide on preparing a a good banquet menu as per is need.

The client wanted to show as many as flower photographs as we can. Instead of textual content the client focused on visual photographs. Although they were flowers for different occasions, many flowers should occur in different occasional category as well. This was the local business as more of the flowers sold were natural. flowers didn't have a fixed price but rather it depended on the scale of order. The higher the order quantity is the lower the price will be. However the customer would have to call and negotiate with the owner for exact pricing.
The first and foremost challenge was to differentiate different flowers into categories. This website has extensively diverse flower types it became difficult for the user to choose one for any particular occasion. Hence the task was to make it easier for the user to select a perfect match. Apart from this the photography of the flowers was done remotely and did not correlated and went parallel to the website.
The website is not e-commerce website but a brochure website to be specific. Hence only the display of flowers was expected. We started building up different categories of flowers different locations and listing the same accordingly. Huge amount of white space was left on the website as the colourful flowers should take away the balance if white space should not have been left. Simple typography was chosen. As it is a brochure website only, we placed all the contact information on the top of header so that the user can decide to call the owner at whatever page on the website he/she was.

The website sold art and promoted art hence the website should do the same. Kala chamber acted as virtual studio besan Noida Uttar Pradesh. The artist is well known amongst his circle and most of the sales happened offline till now. But now the client decided to scale up the process and collaborate with different people to increase his business. Hence a quality website was desired that not only fulfilled the E-Commerce functionality but also catered the artistic approach of the owner.
The website was sought to be designed like any other eCommerce website. Hence, the website resembles eCommerce website trending in 2019. The main challenge was to give it an artistic look along with the modern vocabulary. It will be fair enough to say that this website design was like building a bridge between technology and art. The typography had to ve chosen in a cautious manner that it does not over power the displayed art itself.
We started with building the homepage as a creative landing page for the website. along with this playing different kinds of art forms we also displayed that a membership can also be availed if the customer wants to be a regular buyer. The first section of the homepage was pleased with a hero slider that displayed different kinds of art forms available to be purchased. Contrast of black and white colour has been used in the overall website. A little bit tone of gold was embarked on all over the website.

The restaurant is popular among the high class society of Singapore. Being in the top of the lists of luxury restaurants in Singapore it also acts as a meeting spot for many corporates. It's a choice of place to eat by many businessmen. Though the restaurant is a French restaurant, the vibe which has been created inside the restaurant is quite traditional Chinese. The waiters dress in traditional Chinese wear. Also the interiors of the restaurant is quite dark, illuminated by golden lamps. Strong contrast can be noted inside.
The client wanted a timeless design, that would survive decades of usage. Along with that the website has to maintain the character of the restaurant itself. Selection of a colour scheme was the most difficult task in the job. The client want to put a very distinctive focus on the pictures of cuisines that's being served in restaurant. Hence coming up with a design that revolves around the pictures rather than pictures being separate element of design was expected.
As already mentioned that the whole website was expected to revolve around pictures we started by taking several pictures of the present itself. We tried to reflect the contrast in the restaurant to the pictures as well. The idea was to use picture as a whole screen and overlay details on it. Hence, each picture acted as single screen that further catered to the different sections of the website. Typeface font was chosen in coordination with the logo of the restaurant. We got rid of all the obvious data and only kept what was really required. This way you are able to manage to present all the data that had to come on a single page to a single screen.

Basyce-the Unit of Design, has projects in Architecture and Interior Design. It has a diverse client base. Most of the clients get introduced to the company by word of mouth. But now, the firm intends to generate leads online. The firm has divided teams for different design departments. The departments work in collaboration with each other to come up with an inclusive and elegant design solution.
The most important part of the design was to capture leads and deliver it to the client. For the leads give thier information, it is very necessary that it is clearly displayed on the website, what the firm does and what the leads must expect from the design firm.
To bring up all the information in front of the client, a single page scroll website vocabulary was chosen. All the information was divided into several sections and was arranged on a single page. The menus were also anchored on the same page itself. Vocabulary of black and white was choosen and a separate highlighted lead capture form was generated.
