Musical Motivation: Tapping Into Your Inner Musician The world is full of musicians, some famous, some not. They're out there, everywhere you look. Some perform on stages in front of millions of people. Others perform in bars for a crowd of fifteen.

Still others never leave their home, choosing to upload their performances to a worldwide audience on the internet. You may be any one of these, or something else entirely, but what you all have in common is a love for music and entertaining.

Therefore, whether the fan base of a musician is two or two million; or whether the musician is seen worldwide or local, doesn't matter to them. The goal is to perform quality music for a quality audience. The hope is, in time, the fans will grow as the music grows.

The best thing a musician can do for himself is to get his music out there. Famous musicians have done this. They've worked long and hard to build a fan base and now are basically reaping the rewards of their labors.

But they weren't always at the point they are now. They started out as amateur singers or musicians just like everybody else. They had to push themselves and their music, while also keeping the belief that what they had to offer was valuable for themselves and others.
