Architectural Character and General Massing Guidelines
The overall character of the building on this plot is to be contemporary and non-thematic. The built architecture should support the natural soft Al Zorah brand image (refined) to result in a cohe sive and distinctive development which is unparalleled anywhere in the UAE. Con temporary buildings that exude a'light' frame with light (whites) or natural clad ding are encouraged. The design developed on a similar plot re flects the applicable architectural character and general design guidelines taking into account the following: Minimal modern de signs are preferred over highly ornate or decorative forms and massing. o The overall color of the building shall be white. Totally glazed buildings are not acceptable. The insertion of vertical gardens, if deemed commercially viable, is encouraged.
