Housing has been one of the most prevalent problems of society. People end up submitting to rent or debt, sending money of the majority to a few. Cooperatives have done efforts into putting home ownnerhip into their own hands, however, many of their attempts to scale up have failed. Why? First, is a lack of a common platform. And second is access to the right construction technology. Today, the rise of the “digital economy gave birth to new business models such as digital platforms.
Moreover, despite advancements in technology, construction remains to be the least automated industry in the world. How can we transform construction processes to increase simplicity, versatility and functionality at the same time? MOBO aims to rethink the ways houses can be built by merging the ideas of the platform and construction automation to automate the housing process and make housing more accessible to people.

LOST SIGHT Bachelor Project Thesis | Children Community Centre | Ahvaz,Iran | Individual | Academic | Winter 2018
Creating equal space and opportunities for children with disabilities and regular children . Seeing them as one community and not splitting them from one another . Vision , as a first step in this design process , became the mandatory purpose for this challenge . Unfortunately , we all inherently consider ourself as the model when making design decisions . In doing so , we assume various needs , desire or even capabilities similar to our own
without considering few percentage of population including disabled. As an statement to this thesis , lost sight strives for human design and rather than a specified functional agenda.

Change in Vision Lost sight , as a community centre aims to reflect the way disabled is seen in community . Looking at disability as a limitation , not considering this low percentage of population in creation of environments is not what architecture is about. Architecture is about designing for humanity and not a specific group of them. Not only it’s about designing for all and not isolating different group of people in separated sections, but also it’s about unifying them and creating an equal environment. Bridge to Interaction Providing a bridge for the detached user to his/her environment in order for them to develop the independence and at the same time interaction with other children is one of the main purposes of this project. Introducing few levels of communication spaces in the project was one of the many solutions to this matter. Therefore, the “bridge“ consist of 4 spaces in this project: 1.Individual communication 2.with Peers 3.Class mates & adulthood 4.General Communication. These 4 levels can introduce an isolated child to community and enabling him to mingle with others in his age .
Light SideOut
GLOBAL SUMMER SCHOOL IAAC | Tehran Inside Out | Barcelona, Spain | Group | Academic Workshop | Summer 2017 |
What defines a smart city? An online correlation between goods, services, energies and people? how would a city interact with its citizens in their dayto-day lives, for their feelings and emotions? How such city would communicate with people’s “Joy” or “Sadness”? How “Anger”, “Fear” or even “Disgust” is going to be observed and reflected back? What if our future smart cities could feel us, and reflect our collective emotions?
Light SideOut is a step towards that level of smartness and believes that a city could have interactions with its citizens emotionally, measure it and reflect it back to their lives. A city would be a much nicer place to live if it accommodates devices that could reflect such interactions with its people.

The idea of aggregation aspires to challenge the self-similar repetition and spatial continuities that have become the hallmark of algorithm-driven design. In our case ,The Evolution of biult up areas in Tehran can show us the organic growth of the city in which it can be driven that its growth has a continiuos and repetitive pattern .

The Twitch Design Studio ||| | Shopping Centre | Tehran, Iran | Academic | Individual | Fall 2015 | Awarded as 2nd best project in the studio by a team of studio supervisors
A shopping centre that uses a formal structure and transparant skin in order to encourage a large number of users as a first impression , creating an illusion from the outside which can be attracting for public .
However , the story behind this illusion is the re-definiton of usual shopping circulation and layouts in which the Main Route offers users with an overall view of the whole experience .
Redefinition of the act of shopping in terms of experience . Getting the chance to observe and have an overview of what is going on in the whole area.

Floating City
Kamran Heirati Architects | Mixed-use Complex | Motelghou,Iran | Professional | Unbuilt | Winter 2018 | Contributions: Visualization , Design Process , Illustrations, Graphic Design.
The project is located on a beach town, Salmanshahr, in the north of Iran in a context where traditionally, most building have sloped roofs due to the climate of the region with heavy rainfalls. The main income of this region is relied on fishing and agriculture. This mixed-use complex is a floating city where all sort of functions happen. Fishermen, farmers, tourists, business-men, local people, buyers, seller and every other men or women meet here to live together in a city which is floated on the Khazar sea. Based on the local performances of the region this complex is designed with boat channels, local markets,
floating fish markets, sloped roof houses, public courtyards and etc. all with the pleasant view of the sea. Gathering the fishermen and the farmers of the city will add to the value of the region, helping the recent poor economy situation of the locals.
