The Organizing Committee (OC) of the Youth Speak Forum in Tunisia is the team that will ensure the happening of this event, taking care of all the details, from the smallest tasks, to the most important activities. OC VP Business Development o Planing and elaborating the final BD strategy o Evolve the content of the Proposal o Speakers seeking and servicing o BD Team Management: o Partnership raising o Partners booklet creation o Content co-creation with partners o Partners servicing o Guarantee a profitable conference o Ensure the follow up to all partners OC VP Public Relations : o Planning and elaborating the final PR strategy o Media partners raising o Media Content creation o Approach political and governmental figures to be present o Content Co-creation with partner o Ensure the follow up

Application Requirements : The application will be divided into 2 parts : - General questions - Specific questions for each department.

The application should be sent with : - AIESEC CV - 2 min Video talking about your qualifications

The Interviews will be on the 8th and 9th of January.
