If you've lived in the high desert for any length of time chances are you have eaten at one of the restaurants Chicho has worked at over the past 25 years. Chicho's story of how he came to open his restaurant is on par with the authenticity of the food he serves, both testaments to a beautiful and rich heritage. "I've always wanted to open a restaurant.

I've waited on God's timing and I've never given up. It's been a lot of hard work, but I think you can do anything if you are willing to work for it." Together the family has overcome the struggle of trying to open a restaurant in the midst of a pandemic, all pitching in to help and on any given day you may see him, his wife, or their sweet daughters there taking orders, bussing tables, and re-filling drinks. His story is just as amazing as his food, a Jalisco style menu that features entrees which will have your mouth watering as they travel to the table next to you. "When we decided on prices it was really important to me that big families could come here and enjoy a meal. I have four kids and I know how hard it is to go out to eat when there are so many mouths to feed. We wanted everyone to come here and leave feeling full and satisfied." Satisfied you will surely feel after the attentive service, hearty and flavorful dishes, and a chat with Chicho.
