LOCAT I O N AN D CO N C EP T Location of the object is in Podgorica, on the right side of the river Moraca and it is part of central city. Its advantage is correlation with big both water and green surface, and with monuments of the town. The city theatre is predicted for 800 viewers and with all following contents, including big hall with the capacity for 800 people with the gallery, also a small chamber stage for 150 people. Besides the theatre there is planned: an administrative object with surface 1500-2000 m2, a restaurant with a café ( 150-200m2), parking space for 1000 parking places and public square. This location is abandoned and unused, so this complex would give the surroundings new content, as well as new cultural and educational dimension. Object can be seen from the bridge Milenijum, which is one of benchmarks in Podgorica.

This location as also near the high school “Slobodan Skerovic, which in some way also conditioned the continue of educational process and creating adequate content for high school students, their education and entertainment ( libraries, museums, cafes, etc.). Since the location has a lot of green areas and is surrounded by nature, the idea was to make the object a part of existing ambient and to make a pedestrian zone on the coast of Moraca. Terraces on the object have a view on the river and a part of city center. Making a square that will go all the way to the river. Connection of imaginary object with monuments of the town. Creating a space that is one with the nature.

CO N CEP T Concept is based on unification of interior space and nature. There is a tendency to make nature, as much as possible, a part of the interior. Central hall is connected with open amphitheater, who’s also connected with the inside stage. So when different shows for children are organized, that space can become one. On the floor media library is through gallery connected with this multifunctional space. In the ground floor are classrooms for pupils from 1st to 4th grade, and on the first floor are classrooms for pupils from 6th to 9th grade. Hallways are expanded laterally on several places where sitting furniture is placed, so it is made possible for pupils to rest there and in general spend time between lessons. On the ground floor are set dining room, rooms for kids who are on extended stay and also administrative offices. FASADE

CO N CEP T Object of wine cellar for production of wines and schnapps is set in suburb Donja Gorica, near Podgorica, Montenegro. It has all four free orientations, and from engineering - geological point the ground is stable. Considering the natural configuration of the ground which has a slight slope, for, what looks like, separate units seem to dive out of the hill creating a complex. Except industrial production, accent is also put on social life, so inside the complex you can find museum and a restaurant, which both have separate entries for visitors. It’s also predicted planting a vineyard, so restaurant guests could have the best possible view. Number of floors: basement, ground floor and first floor. Predicted for the ground floor is production zone with different contents and a zone of following objects.

CON CEP T The connection between architecture and psychology should be looked for in the fact that built architectural objects are not self-sufficient, but they achive their function only in connection with a man. Idea: perceiving the space according to human psychological experience. Make a sensitive space, where every form is followed by an emotion through void, colours, mysticism, dynamism, closeness, openness..Man is a part of psychological games through architectural form; facin himself; exploring and questionig personality; getting to know himself... Forming of cycling paths, gathering spaces, benches, green spaces, as well as blending forms with ambience, provide content to Transurban center. 13

BAKERY

Primary inputs in creating preliminary designs are target group and location. Object is set in a densely built area in Tokyo, Japan, close to school and university complex. According to that, target group are young people, students and pupils. Solving the bakery interior on given location with dimensions (5mx5m) was sort of a challenge. Considering densely built area and fast lifestyle led in Tokyo, I started with the idea of creating a place for relaxing, a place where people could come and enjoy bakery specialties and escape the city bustle. This idea brought me to creating green areas on last floor and rift for P+3 P+2 breakthrough of green plants along the object. The interior is imagined that every floor offers different content and keeps visitors interested. In the basement (which gets light from the stairs) are set sanitary equipment, smaller keeping -1.20

room and kitchen. The ground floor is predicted for selling products and less dining. The first floor offers restaurant space, where the visitors have a view on open, busy and flexible space on the ground floor and that option from the front facade is not possible. Accent is put on the last floor, which main theme is relaxing customers with different collections of comics, books, magazines, 05 etc. Green surface, which can’t be seen from the front facade, makes connection with the nature as much as possible, as well separation from loud and noisy city life. Organizing picnics on green surface. Book shelves, also made for sitting which have openclose mechanism and always offer different space. Object has moved fields, which gives you something like full-empty game and everything with one goal, creating flexible ground floor and free movement in the same.
