Coming from a political science and communications background, I recently graduated with a M.A. degree in Integrated Design from Köln International School of Design (KISD). My thesis was on the topic of feedback and how we might collect more comprehensive, qualitative input from customers on products/services during the creation process. I researched existing methods/tools from the market research field and used a design approach to create a typology of feedback methods, using it then to suggest a framework for collecting more 'Holistic Feedback.'
