NAIDER (www.naider.com) is a business and social project whose objective is to add value to the processes of ecological transition, business competitiveness and regional development led by institutional, social and business agents in each territory.
We carry out STRATEGIC PLANNING and MANAGEMENT activities and push initiatives of CITIES AND REGIONAL DYNAMIZATION, DISSEMINATION and TRAINING.
We have been working since 2004 and currently have operational work centers in Bilbao and Donostia (together with a representation in Madrid), as well as a wide network of professionals and collaborating entities.
We accompany governments, public agencies, city councils, companies and many other entities (Universities, Technology Centers, Business Associations, etc.). We have experience in Europe and international organizations through participation in consortia that support the configuration of policies and strategies of institutions such as the European Commission, the European Parliament, the OECD or the International Labour Organization, among others.
We have more than 400 references and work with more than a hundred clients.

Service of analysis, adaptation and reorganization of public management instruments (public agencies, foundations, R+D agents, institutional framework) to rationalize the value of the public and adapt management instruments to the changing needs of plans and policies.
BUSINESS SMART STRATEGY
Ellaboration of business plans, strategic plans and re-positioning plans in terms of innovation, competitiveness and circular economy, among other elements. We work with companies, clusters of companies and also with research and technological development centers, universities and public agencies.
EXPERT ANALYSIS
Naider provides intellectual authority over analysis of sectors, technologies, and public or private investments. We produce expert reports on request; elaborate local and international positioning rankings and makes opportunity assessments around policies, infrastructures or projects
PERCEPTION ANALYSIS
We carry out perception analysis among agents or stakeholders whose contributions and assessments are relevant to a certain issue. We rely on an online survey tool that allows us to contact the target people in an agile, simple and multilingual way. From there, the valuations obtained are added, analyzed and the perception report itself is prepared.
PARTICIPATORY PROCESSES
Technical and logistical support in participatory processes of defining policies and public actions, as well as backing internal dialogues in a company / organization between team members or with its network of collaborators and customers. Format: face-toface and/or virtual participatory dynamics.
CO-LEARNING WORKSHOPS

Cost Benefit Analysis of Investment Opportunities
Developed within the framework of a European project, Naider’s CBA methodology allows, in a sequence of six steps, to analyse and prioritise investments according to their economic performance, taking into account the objectives pursued and applying the Net Present Value, the Discount Rates, the time horizon, in order to obtain cost-benefit scenarios that allow the actions with the highest economic performance and profitability to be identified.
Input-Output Analysis of Economic Impact
We carry out economic impact analyses based on Leontief matrices and Eustat economic multipliers. The Input Output reflects the economic impact of investments in a territory according to the sectors of activity, showing the impact of the investment on GDP, production and employment.
Analysis of Competitive Positioning and Strategic Opportunities of Companies
We get into the reality of companies to analyse their sector and niche of activity in depth, establishing a competitive positioning and identifying strategic opportunities in order to guide the lines of work with the greatest viability and impact for the company.

HACEX. Competitiveness Self-Assesment Tool
HACEX is configured as a competitive intelligence tool that provides value both to companies, as it portrays their competitive reality in a didactic way, and to development agencies that see an instrument for interpreting the business reality of their territory. It evaluates the level of competitiveness of the company around four strategies: Innovation, Digitalisation, Ecological and Energy Transition, and Talent.
Energy Efficiency Positioning Tool
The Energy Efficiency positioning tool is designed to carry out a Maturity Profile in four key aspects of energy sustainability in Industrial Companies. Based on a technical visit, a checklist and consumption analysis, opportunities for improvement are identified and a roadmap is drawn up for the step-by-step implementation of actions to achieve better levels of Energy Efficiency.
CICLO Circular Economy Tool
The Circular Economy tool is implemented with the information gathered from a technical visit and meetings with the company, culminating in the completion of a checklist that shows the state of maturity regarding the main areas of the Circular Economy in Industrial companies and SMEs. Based on this Profile, a detailed roadmap for the deployment of the Circular Economy potential in companies is developed.

Itinerary for the Regeneration of Industrial Estates
We carry out analyses of industrial estates, working with agents and companies to propose urban regeneration alternatives with a focus on economic reactivation and the improvement of the ecological and business ecosystem. We have the knowledge, references and the most up-to-date intervention proposals to revitalise industrial estates, proposing different improvement options based on technical criteria and expert knowledge.
Carbon Footprint and Business Sustainability Tool and Simulator
Carbon Footprint analysis continues to be one of the products most in demand by companies. At Naider, we apply standardised methodologies and, in addition, we complete the study with another series of data that offer a more complete picture of the companies' commitment to sustainability. In addition, we incorporate a simulation tool that allows us to prioritise interventions and consider the route they need to take to achieve carbon neutrality. All of this is taken into account to propose a sequence of actions within the company's Sustainability Plan.

Strategic Monitoring Observatories
An observatory for monitoring indicators on variables (competitiveness, innovation, sustainability, adaptation to climate change, etc.) is a platform dedicated to collecting, analysing and keeping up to date key related information. These observatories offer a comprehensive view of the evolution of indicators useful for strategic decisionmaking.
3D Observatories
Within the capabilities of the observatories, we can carry out 3D surveys of buildings that can be applied to industrial estates, in order to visualise the state of the buildings, their consumption, emissions, solar potential, economic activity and a series of other indicators to accompany their management and propose individualised solutions.
