Maria C. Riske - Nak'azdli Community Wellness Worker Community Wellness Program is a support service mainly for Nak'azdli Members, however, Nak'azdli Community is the hub community, I will be able provide service to Tl'azt'en, Fort St. James, Takla, and Yekooche Members living in Nak'azdli Community. It is confidential and safe place for people who have been affected directly and/or indrectly by Addictions and/or Mental Illness. Services offered: One on One Support Session Group Facilitations Referral to community resources Referral to Treatment Centre or Detox Centre Education, Presentation, Workshop Prevention.
