Greeting with a rhyme The teacher recites the content of the nursery rhyme, and the children illustrate it with movement. We climb the fingers, we pull out the handle, we touch the floor and welcome to each other. Good morning! 2. Introduction to the subject of classes The teacher shows children the mascot of the tiger cliff and a large silhouette of a sad boy and starts a conversation. (During the conversation with children, the teacher puts the tiger in his ear every now and then, "listens" to what he is saying, and gives it loudly to the children.) Lovely children! Our friend's tiger has some trouble and he decided to ask us for help. Listen to what happened to him ... A few days ago, when a tiger was chasing after the "Sport Valley", he saw a very sad boy passing nearby. (The teacher attaches a poster to the blackboard with a drawing of a boy with a sad face). Tigger came to him and wanted to invite him to play, but unfortunately the boy said that he is tired, weak and has neither strength for running, climbing the ladder or even sliding down from the slide. His mother added that JaĹ› - because that was his name - did not want to get out of bed in the morning, he spent a long time lying on the couch, and then he watches fairy tales on television and plays computer games. (The teacher attaches three pictures to the boy's drawing: a child lying in bed, a child watching TV, a child in front of a computer).

Do you think that the boy behaves well? (spontaneous expression of children) Unfortunately, no one told Jasi what to do to be healthy and strong, but we the tiger friends of the Ursus - have known this for a long time. That's why Tigger asked us for help. We will help him? Urwisek has prepared some sporting tasks for us, which he hid for colorful envelopes. The envelopes are hidden somewhere in our room. If we find them and perform the tasks described in them, Johnny will surely understand that sport is health. Get Ready! 3. "Head, shoulders, knees, heels" - music and imitative play After the fun, the children find a yellow envelope. 4. "Blues aerobic" - gymnastics with music The teacher reads the task from the yellow envelope. Johnny sleeps very long every day and stays up late in his bed, and everyone knows that every day should start with the morning gymnastics. Show Jasia how he enjoys the music with pleasure. The children stand in front of the teacher and sing, repeating each verse of the song, and then imitate the movements performed by the teacher. Let's set everyone up (x2), because on such a beautiful day (x2), do some work (x2), to have beauty and grace (x2). Great dance (x2), it's blues, aerobic blues! • • • • • •

lifting both hands above the head, lifting the right hand, raising the left hand, slopes, leaps, squats

Time has passed so fast (x2), we will say goodbye to you (x2), we bow low (x2), I want to greet everyone (x2). Great dance (x2), it's blues, aerobic blues! • exercises

After finishing the song, the teacher removes from the board a picture of a boy lying on the bed and substituting it with a drawing showing the gymnastic child. After the game is over, the children find a red envelope. 5. "How do we play at the playground?" - solving word puzzles The teacher reads the task from the red envelope. Beloved preschoolers! Johnny is a lazy girl and does not go out into the yard at all. Instead of playing with other children in the playground, he prefers to watch cartoons on television. And yet there are a lot of different toys and equipment on the playground that can give us a lot of joy. I wonder if you know them ...? We will find out if you solve the puzzles that I have prepared for you. The teacher shows the children the balls to which the puzzles are glued. Then he chooses one ball and turns it on to the chosen child (the teacher does not inform who the ball will be directed to - children should be vigilant). The child who catches the ball gets the opportunity to answer the riddle: 1. This is a long string with two handles, who likes to jump together with girls. /jumping rope/ 2. You can then go on it, when it's spinning legs. /bike/ 3. A small slat on a long rope, once you are downstairs, once you are up. /swing/ What are you driving on? and you're spinning around? /carousel/ After solving all the riddles, the teacher removes from the board a picture of a boy watching TV and replaces it with a drawing showing children playing on the playground. 6. "Sport competition" - team competition Competition

I do not see anything "- every child has about 1 minute to complete the task. We tie the child with a blindfold. We are spreading 10 gymnastic bags on the blanket. The child on all fours is looking for bags (blindfolded). After a minute, the player changed Competition II DOWNLOAD - ATTITUDE - the competitor runs to the conqueror and knocks him over and returns. The next running person puts it and goes back. Competition III LIGHTS SPHERE - players put a newspaper between their knees and run to the bollard. Back running and handing the newspaper to another child. Competition IV THE TOWER - we are building a tower. The task of the players is to run a slalom around the bollards to the halfway point, pulling the brick out of the bucket and setting in a place where the tower will be set up by children made of blocks. Whoever knocks blocks sets them all from the beginning. 7. What, who, this? - solving picture puzzles. Riddles prepared in a multimedia form. After finishing the game, the children find a blue envelope. 8. "Well-known and popular sports disciplines" - work in groups. The teacher reads the task from the blue envelope. Dear children! JaĹ› spends a lot of time in front of a computer and keeps playing various games. Unfortunately, the boy does not know that computer games are better than real outdoor games and sports. If you want to find out what sport disciplines, you can grow small children - just like you - put in groups of puzzles that I have prepared for you. Children are divided into four groups - according to the colors of the emblems received before the classes. Each group has the task of assembling a picture cut into parts and telling what it presents: 1st group - football, II group - swimming, III group - ski jumping

After finishing the game, the teacher removes from the board a picture of a boy playing on the computer and replaces it with a drawing showing children practicing various sports. Then the teacher tells the children that Johnny already knows what to do to be healthy (morning gymnastics, outdoor activities, doing sports) and turns his "sad face" into a "smile". 9. "True or false?" - a quiz summarizing children's knowledge about the principles of a healthy lifestyle The teacher reads the sentences referring to the content of the course. When the children think that the sentence is true, they raise their hands up and show "sunshine", and when they think that the sentence is false, they hit the floor with their hands. • To be healthy, you have to do gymnastics every morning. TRUTH • To be healthy, you need to watch a lot of cartoons on TV. FALSE • To be healthy, you need to practice various sports, such as playing football, swimming or cycling. TRUTH • To be healthy, you have to spend a lot of time in front of the computer. FALSE • To be healthy, you often have to go out to the playground and stay outdoors. TRUTH 10. End of classes Tigger Urwisek, thank the children for showing the boy how important exercises, sports and outdoor activities are in life. At the end, learn nursery rhymes We tigers, small cliffs, we do sports and we have a good time. One two Three, exercise and you
