Initially, we focus on conversing with you, really building an understanding of the instruction and gaining a full overview of the practitioner's initial thoughts. We will then attend the property as quickly as possible and deliver a report with our suggested actions, including dealing immediately with health and safety compliance issues We then can continue the dialogue and agree on further instructions and actions with you, the instructing party.
