Hilton Grand Vacations® (HGV) Elite members receive a special gift each year as a “Thank You” for their membership. In 2019, HGV collaborated with us on the idea of sending globes as a gift to encourage members to start dreaming about their next trip. Not only did the globe need to be interactive, the price per item had to include the cost of shipping to 38,000 individuals across the globe – by a December 31st deadline. The final product was a 3-D puzzle that could be packed flat and then assembled when the member received it. Each of the HGV and Hilton Club locations were marked and everything was packaged in a custom, ready-to-ship box.

Grown in Idaho 44° North® Vodka is an Idaho-based company that takes pride in their state and communicates that pride through their unique promotional material. Name Brand Promotions was tasked with creating a giveaway for their dealers that told their brand story and fit their Boise lifestyle. After the discovery and ideation process, we decided to design and build a fully-custom snowboard, which provided a challenge: sourcing a blank board that wasn’t just customizable – it had to be functional, too. Ultimately, we collaborated with outdoor enthusiasts who had the innovative technology and manufacturing capability to deliver a board that fit the needs of each of our clients.

A Partnership that Makes Sense Idaho State University was looking to break away from the conventions of typical college swag. So, they collaborated with us to create memorable pieces that would be truly original. We were tasked to identify, source, and design unique merchandise that would compel students to attend their annual early orientation program. After studying ISU’s audience and age demographic, we reverse-engineered a series of merchandise that transcended conventional promotional materials. We created university-specific apparel, a fullycustom backpack, pennants, and even a deck of playing cards. Our research, development, and our commitment to every last detail elevated these products – and the students and faculty loved them.

The Blue Rock Awards Blue Rock wanted to create an award that a recipient could display with pride. Through our collaboration and detailed design process, we were able to create a custom-fused acrylic structure with a handcrafted look. We used cutting edge imprint technology to print a highresolution image directly on the material, making this one-of-a-kind award truly special. To put the finishing touches on this project, we crafted a totally-customized protective box and postcard to go with the award.

Buck the Quo helps students learn about future

The Future is Hella Bright options outside of going to a 4-year university. When they approached us for a custom sunglasses quote, we couldn't help but look for creative ways to take their project to the next level. Utilizing one of the toy industry’s premier merchandising factories, we were able to create a custom pouch, box, lens cloth, and die-cut stickers – in addition to a killer pair of sunglasses. Special touches included giving the plastic frame a matte finish and pantone color that matched every item, helping to ensure consistent branding throughout every piece.

A Complete Team Effort This project was defined by “exceeding expectations.” From concepting ideas and ordering samples to on-site inspections in our overseas fulfillment center, we worked as a dedicated team to deliver over 34,000 boxes to all of Micron’s global locations – in less than six weeks. Production for this project happened to coincide with a local holiday. We analyzed the situation deeply and found that if we completed production before the holiday, the possibility of any shipping delays would be greatly reduced. To accomplish this, our team negotiated with factory ownership and employees, agreeing to pay overtime to staff members who were willing to work the holiday and by compensating them with additional days off once the job was complete. This ensured that both manufacturing partner and client were more than satisfied!

More than Products Retreat Behavioral Health™ and Name Brand Promotions have worked together for a long time, so when they came to us in need of a complete rebrand, we were thrilled to accept the challenge. After analyzing their needs, it was clear that the core pieces were there – they just needed a refresh. We pitched an idea that refocused their message and we’ve been doing nearly all of their design work ever since. We work with them on photography and design needs and we design print material and create tradeshow booths for them. We also produce signage, gifts, and other promotional material for Retreat™, helping them save thousands of dollars while streamlining their brand.

Cradlepoint collaborated with us to create a holiday

Summiting a Mountain of Customization gift that would represent their Pacific Northwest roots. Accepting the challenge, we were thrilled to search for the most amazing products we could find. We settled on a custom-knit beanie and a laser-etched Stanley ® thermos. Lastly, the set was highlighted by a stylish and utilitarian North Face® ThermoBall jacket thoughtfully branded with Cradlepoint’s logo as well as the company logo of each recipient. We packaged everything in a custom and sturdy e-flute box decorated with original lithographic printing.

Getting Down to Business Hilton Global VacationsŽ (HGV) wanted to create a padfolio that would be a creative extension of their unique brand for customer use. To create that extension, we matched the padfolio material with the color palette of the exact materials found in their hotel rooms. We fully customized every aspect – from the pad of paper and pen to the specialized USB enclosure. Quality was the driving force behind this project and our attention to detail included high-quality lot manufacturing, controlled warehousing, and German-sourced ink. With Hilton, quality lies in every detail and we exceeded that expectation.

A Personal Touch ClickBank™ wanted a custom gift box created for their Platinum Partner Summit. Since the event took place in Mexico, we decided to give the items a classy, tropical look. We sized each pair of flip-flops to the intended recipient, designed custom sunscreen and lip balm, and even included a handwritten card in every box. These personal touches elevated this gift from conventional promo to something truly unique and memorable – and the full customization made each guest feel warmly welcomed.
