High-rise future agricultural office building design Academic work Redesign Date of project: January 2019 / 2021 Instrctor:Huang Lifei / Xie junni Individual work

From the past to the present and even in the future, food and agriculture have always played a very important role. Although the problem may be changing from the problem of food and clothing to how to obtain healthier food, how to produce environmentally friendly and efficient production and the use of technology. Therefore, the design of the office building this time will focus on the topic of how to develop future agriculture as a centralized office space for scientific research and entrepreneurship, and integrate the current industry incubator model. A (virtual) investment promotion exhibition is also set up inside the building to become a vertical office complex.

By 2050, the human population is expected to reach 9.7 billion people with almost 70% living in cities. Not only does this increase in population place tremendous pressure on the fundamental infrastructure that is necessary for contemporary society to function, but the rise of urbanization makes accessing the vital nutrients we need to live challenging. Farming and agriculture are two systems with mounting pressure to accelerate outputs in the next three decades.

PRINCIPLE OF AQUAPONICS FARM In a recirculating system, fish tank water is pumped to vegetables in a greenhouse. Aquaponics uses no soil, and instead the plants sit cozily in floating foam rafts with roots hanging down into water-filled tubs. Fish excrement acts as a natural fertilizer, and in turn, the veggies purify the water in mutually beneficial system. The third player in the system is the extremely important beneficial bacteria that break down fish waste into a form of nitrogen that plants can use to grow. Two inputs power the system: fish feed and energy, and both can be sustainable if sourced properly. The use of insects as feed instead of forage fish, and reliance on renewable energy are good ways to make these systems more eco-friendly.

STORY OF “ ENTREPRENEURIAL NAM DOSAN(SAMSAN TEC) After a series of competitions, samsan tec successfully entered the incubator and exchanged 1% of the company's shares in exchange for a start-up fund that can support six months.

After 6 months of continuous experimentation and research, finally ushered in the first exposition. If you can successfully obtain the investment, you can continue to stay in this incubator, and vice versa. The addition of AI identification function to the prevention and control of pests developed by us is really helpful for the production of organic vegetables!

We have formed a joint venture with another company with similar development prospects in the incubator and turned into a small company with a medium scale (35 employees). Continue our research, and we will continue to seek breakthroughs.

As the company's scale becomes larger, the target audience of the company's services has also changed from the initial domestic market to the entire international market. This is where experts simulate and observe changes around the world by means of holographic projection.

International Primary School & Kindergarten design Professional work Site:HangZhou Date of project: April 2020 Instrctor:Chai Zhenshuo Team work

(Responsible for research and summary of similar projects, problems and strategies ,general graphic design, ect)

This plan breaks the traditional pattern of conventional campus determinant or parallel layout, and uses a complete architectural form to "link" various teaching units and administrative functions to form a teaching complex that integrates students, teachers, society, logistics and other roles. The main activity space is arranged centripetally to form a "vitality ring". Through the three-dimensional roaming space, students' creativity after class is stimulated to achieve the symbiosis of teaching and activity functions, creating a new type of education park with a characteristic campus and a vibrant campus.

CLASS

The rich and diverse teaching mode needs to be realized through a variety of teaching spaces, and different spaces have some common forms of expression. Children can learn through architecture and life, so it is necessary to create a diversified, interesting and flexible learning space, such as the small space formed by self-learning on the floor and the unevenness of the wall, and different spaces with different furniture placements. . . It also provides more outdoor space, teaching under the big tree, discussion on the steps and other activities to give children more opportunities to get close to nature.

STRATEGY 丨 MAXIMUM LANDSCAPE VALUE

These scenes all take place inside the campus, and they are displayed one by one through a narrative sequence of visits. First, we entered the campus through the gate of the primary school. I reached the semi-indoor space at the entrance of the school from the big step. The lecture hall above my head. I walked forward through the teacher’s office to the courtyard. This step leads to the third floor of the teaching building. There are a lot of sunken courtyards. On this platform, I continue to go forward and pass a big step to see the crowd activities on the playground. I pass through the fire common passage and then reach the kindergarten collective activity area. Going west is an atrium where many friends are running and jumping.

03."THE SETTLEMENT" Baziqiao Library design Academic work Site:ShaoXing Date of project: April 2018 Instrctor:LiuAo Team work

(Mainly responsible for preliminary research, volume generation, elevation and layout, ect.)

This time the design is to build a library for the elderly in the Baziqiao block. It is not so much a library that tends to be a community activity center. We have extracted the concept of the local gate, taking advantage of the openness of the gate area and the local water town. The continuity of the texture of the streets and lanes creates a service space adapted to the life of the local elderly. In addition, the open communication space (dynamic) and the closed reading space (static) are connected through the atrium to create an open library dedicated to the historical district of Baziqiao.

In addition to historical monuments, there are some religious buildings and buildings with local characteristics, such as"Taimen".

The settlements formed in the historical period of Shaoxing area mainly manifested in these six forms in the plain, which are most likely to form in the lower reaches or tributaries of rivers, and settlements are often connected by bridges or boat crossings on both sides of the river.

Natural growth is the texture of "geo-graphical" Natural growth comes from the regionality of the "combination of space and location" in the city. Its form is a non-geometric and irregular organic form. It shapes the rich regional characteristics of cities around the world.

The Bazi bridge Historic District is composed of some polder islands located between large and small rivers, forming a natural fish-bone texture. The relationship between the rivers, streets, lanes, and residential courtyards comes from the self-organizing system within the regional system and is along the water system. It grows spontaneously.Over time, old buildings collapse, new buildings are replaced, and autonomous renewal from the interior of the texture often occurs. However, during this renewal process, what has changed is the physical building, such as material, height, appearance, etc., while the constant is the combination of space. In the texture unit composed of old and new buildings, the cour tyard space has always maintained a certain degree of integrity.

BUILDING TEXTURE

The Bazi bridge Historic District is composed of some polder islands located between large and small rivers, forming a natural fish-bone texture.

RIVER TEXTURE

The water system of the Bazi bridge Historic District leads directly to the north and the south, and the tourism industry of awning boats is developed along the coast.

ROAD TEXTURE

The horizontal Bazi bridge street and the two small roads along the river are the main traffic arteries, and laneways and shared courtyards constitute the traffic system of the entire block.

Good Figure

Proximity

Objects groupped together tend to be perceived as a single figure.Thendency to simplify.

Objects tend to be groupped together if they are close to each other.

Similarity

Continuation

Objects tend to be groupped together if they are similar.

When there is an intersection between two or more objects, people tend to perceive each object as a single uninterrupt-ed object.

Closure

Symmetry

Visual connection or continuity b e t w e e n s e t s of e l e m e n t s which do not actually touch each other in a composition.

Then object tend to be perceived as symmetrical shapes that form around their center.

THE PERFORMANCE OF THEORY IN TEXTURE The elements that make up the figure are dots. Because the horizontal distance is significantly greater than the vertical distance, it is perceived as four columns instead of six rows. When some of the dots in the figure are replaced with various stars, the position and position of the dots are maintained. The size, the initial graphics of the four columns will not change. This involves the core theory of Gestalt psychology— heterogeneity and isomorphism, which explains the theoretical basis of texture from prototype to type from a new perspective.

traditional mounted doors: door can be removed piece by piece, making the entrance of the shop into a completely open space

As a case study of "Taimen" regional living space in Shao Xing, through a counter-analysis of its characteristics and life patterns, thinking about the operation mechanism of Taimen, and proposing a traditional space inheritance idea of isomorphic growth. It is concluded that the street-domain-courtyard is used as the framework to activate the entire neighborhood through the behavior of people's communication and create a new community space. On this basis, this case expands the scope of the door area through the form of traditional board-mounted doors, so that the communication between people in public spaces is frequent and close.

When we went to the local area for research, we mainly analyzed the building facades along the Bazi bridge straight street and the riverside area. The characteristics of the Bazi bridge block, the planning and construction system, and efforts to form a historical block with basically the same style and pattern. Therefore, in the design of the library, the north façade mainly continues the rhythm of the straight street façade, while the east façade undergoes transformation without destroying the original style and features to expand the openness of the door.

04."THE THE MARKET REGENERATION" Anchang Ancient Town Reconstruction design Academic work Site: ShaoXing Date of project: June 2019 Instrctor:Zhuang Chengyu Individual work

The design is located in the relatively slow-developing part of Anchang Ancient Town, which is a transitional area connecting the ancient commercial town and the modern industrial area. From the perspective of tourists and residents, in order to meet the demands of different groups of people, the residential areas and commercial markets are transformed to create a vibrant new traditional commercial street. On the basis of not destroying the texture of the ancient water town, a one-center, three-axis and four-sector planning area is established to show the characteristic culture of Anchang.

The soy sauce production process of Anchang Ancient Town is different from other production areas mainly in that it is not directly fermented with soybeans but first made into dough, and then brewed by the ancient method.

Including surveying, sketching, model, gouache, pen drawing

01."XIEJIATAIMEN SURVEYING AND MAPPING",2019 The Folklore Museum is located in the tourist area of Anchang Ancient Town, relying on the "Zomalou"-style Baoshu Hall, with 15 exhibition rooms. In the "Nansha Shaji" room, there are twelve imperial cotton weaving pictures and ancient textile utensils in the 30th year of Qianlong. Its typical and authentic, rich and colorful customs and customs provide tourists with a retrospect of the past life flavor and history and culture. It was still cloudy when our group started surveying and mapping. When we entered the door, it began to rain. The house in Jiangnan Water Village added a flavor to the drizzle. What is more interesting is that I just Preparing to record this rain scene, a group of swallows happened to fly by. . .

02-05."SKETCH OF WUYUAN, JIANGXI",2018 Sketching in Wuyuan, Jiangxi is a course organized by the school. The place we went to is a well-known sketching base in the country, Huizhou architecture and old-fashioned gates, some of which are newly built, some are protected, and some are dilapidated. A one-week course , Students need to go out early and return late every day to experience the local architecture. The local scenery is beautiful. When our eyes and eyes are tinged with the wonder of color, we observe the objects in the picture in a three-dimensional perspective. My distress with the use of color in the painting suddenly disappears. When my heart is ecstatic, it seems to travel through the long time and space and hear Cezanne. Talking to me.Although we can try different painting methods, I finally chose sketch and gouache. 07."DEPARTMENT OF ARCHITECTURE",2017 The Architecture Department Building is the second project of the model class. The first project is the building of the master builder. We chose the Sendai Media Center in Toyo Ito. At that time, we needed to choose the structure of the building first. The competition between teams was to see who had the strongest load-bearing structure, and then we used this structure to design the building department.

06 06."SKETCH OF ANCHANG ANCIENT TOWN",2018 This is a performance technique class in the school. The teacher did not teach us how to use the basic drawing tools. After a few small scenes, I simply practiced. Let's go to the ancient town of Anchang to sketch, so I use the marker pen to look like a children's watercolor pen. The brush strokes are relatively fragmentary, but the teacher praised me for choosing a good scene. 08-10."CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUE PERFORMANCE EXERCISE",2019 It was precisely because I realized that I had many shortcomings in architectural performance, so I signed up for a one-month winter vacation training course, mainly for the performance of architectural fountain pen techniques and marker pen techniques. The teacher who taught us is the senior of landscape at Southeast University. He has excellent painting skills and has given me a lot of help.
