BGA SUMMER CAMPS 2017

Greetings

FROM BATTLE GROUND ACADEMY! Each summer, we host hundreds of campers from across Middle Tennessee – and it’s one of our favorite times of the year.

As you plan which summer camps you’ll attend, we hope the following information will be helpful to you:

• Summer camps are for ages 3 to adult and run from June 5 to August 4. • Full-day and half-day camps are available. • Early care, aftercare and between-care are available for an additional fee. • Early care: 7:30–9 a.m., $10 per day • Aftercare: 4-5:45 p.m., $11 per day • Between-care: Noon to 1 p.m., $12 per day (includes lunch) • Camps are closed once capacity is met, so register early! • A $50 registration fee will be charged for a camper withdrawal except in the case of a camp or class cancellation. The fee is non-refundable. If the withdrawal is received less than two weeks prior to the start of camp, the processing fee is 50% of the cost of the camp. Once the camp has started, we cannot issue any refunds.

• BGA reserves the right to cancel a camp if the minimum number of participants does not sign up for the camp. A full refund will be given in the event of such cancellation.

Registration is open! Log on to BGACamps.com to register now. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at bgacamps@mybga.org or (615) 567-8327.

WE LOOK FORWARD TO WELCOMING YOU TO CAMPUS THIS SUMMER!

Sincerely, Roc Batten Director of BGA Camps
