Meatballs These are great as a main course with a salad or veggies, or in spaghetti sauce. Ingredients: Qty. What to get 1 lb. Hamburg 2 Eggs ¾ c. Milk ½ tsp. Garlic salt ½ tsp. Pepper 1 ½ tsp. Salt ¼ c. Grated cheese ¾ c. Italian flavored bread crumbs ¼ c. Olive oil Directions: Place all ingredients in large bowl. Mix with your hands until all ingredients are well incorporated and hamburg sticks together. Mixture should be sticky
enough to roll into balls, but not so sticky that you can’t get it off your fingers. Add more bread crumbs if too sticky; add milk if mixture is too dry. Roll hamburg into balls. Heat olive oil in large fry pan. Carefully add meatballs. Fry, turning meatballs occasionally so all sides brown, until cooked through to the center. Variations: o Omit grated cheese and add more breadcrumbs. o Use plain breadcrumbs and add your favorite combination of dried herbs. Your Variations:
