Talking on this theme, we asked people – “Do you consider having diversified workforce in your organisation?” Also, we tried digging a bit deeper to know what factors they consider in Diversified hiring. Diversified Workforce Increases Productivity We consider diversified workforce in our organisation because it increases productivity and there are competitive advantages also like – increase in creativity within the company.
