Method 3 – Remove acrylic nails with acetone Today we are going to encourage you to remove an acrylic nail in the natural ways, i.e. using acetone. Step 3: Take a bowl filled with acetone & place it in another bowl containing hot water. It is too warm the acetone slightly. Step 4: Dip your hands in the acetone extract. Keep the hands in the solution for 20-25 minutes or till the acrylic nails grow softer. Step 5: Take the hand out of the solution & using tweezers; gently peel off the acrylic nails. If you find that they are not getting peeled off, do not pull. Just dip the hands in acetone for few more minutes. Step 6: After all the acrylic nails get peeled off; apply cuticle oil to your nails. It will ensure that the natural nails are not damaged. Step 7: This step is optional. If you want, one can apply a moisturizer to the hands as acetone dries out your skin. It is the simplest of ways to remove acrylic nails without harming your natural ones. Post removal, make sure you regularly moisturize and hydrate your hands.
