Introduction Natural Oils may involve Olive oil, Palm oil and Virgin Coconut oil. It is contain high value components after freshly extracted. It is suitable for human as functional food and nutraceutical benefits. Almost safe when used as moisturizer and significant hydration effect of the skin surface can obtained. Methodology Heat the distilled water and soy lecithin in a glass beaker and stearic acid, tween 80 and natural oil in a separate glass beaker up to 70째c85째c (double boiled). When the stearic acid is well dissolved use homogenizer to mix well both solutions (12,000rpm for 2 minutes) after that use probe sonicator to narrow down the size of the particles for 3 minutes (prepare for 4 samples of solutions by varying the amplitude no: 30, 50, 70, 90). Let the natural oil-SLNs solution cool down to room temperature before storing in the refrigerator.

Conclusion This method that has been used to prepare oil solid nanoparticles is considered simple and less time consuming.
