For customers on credit card terms, payments will be processed at the time of order placement. Future ships will be charged the week of shipment. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express), prepaid check or PayPal. Net 30 terms are available for existing customers through credit approval, which can take up to 4 weeks. Net 30 customers must maintain a minimum yearly purchase balance of $500 to remain on terms. Late paying accounts will be reverted to credit card terms. If there is a past due balance in your account, your orders will be held until payment is received. Each bounced check will incur a $20 fee.
Our invoices include a “pay now” secure link for credit cards. International orders require prepayment before shipping.
Our normal turnaround time is 3-5 business days after your order has been processed. Orders received before 12 PM Monday - Friday will be processed the same day. Turnaround times may vary, especially around the holiday season.

Shipping costs are added to your final invoice and charged upon shipment. All domestic orders will be shipped FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested. All international orders will be shipped DHL International unless otherwise requested. All orders ship from our warehouse in LaVergne, TN.
Delivery to the East coast usually takes 1-3 business days after processing. West coast deliveries usually take 3-5 business days after processing. Duties, taxes or customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility
We are unable to accept any returns unless the product is defective or the order was mis-shipped. All mugs are made to order and cannot be returned. Any claims on damaged or misshipped merchandise must be reported within 14 days or we cannot assist with replacements/adjustments.
We are unable to backorder any items. Products that are out of stock will be removed from your order. Please add these items to your next order. Sorry for any inconvenience.

We reserve the right to terminate the account of any Resellers that are found to be in violation of this agreement. We continually review our accounts with respect to this agreement.
