KEY SKILLS
With my education, diverse experience, and knowledge in architectural design, I am searching for an entry level architectural designer position. I possess the skills necessary to take on new professional challenges, and I am excited for the prospect of becoming a new team member for a collaborative firm that strives to create architecture that makes meaningful connections with the community and the environment. As a diligent worker, I work to complete each task given to me with the best of my capabilities and to produce work that is complete, thoughtful, and on time. Also, I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with people and working in all aspects of design. For instance, my most recent experience involved travelling to Libreville, Gabon and working in a participatory workshop to develop alternatives for the Universite Omar Bongo campus. The most rewarding part of this project was meeting and collaborating with the UOB students and, not only learning, but also adopting their visions and opinions for the new campus. During this project, I took on multiple responsibilities; I was not only a facilitator for the workshop, but I was also responsible for the REVIT site model, perspectives, and AutoCAD plans. I was able to multitask and complete the different drawings with my team on time. Additionally, I am quick to learn new firm and software standards. For instance, when I worked with GMA Architects, I transformed my workflow to match their standards and guidelines. This means that I am flexible and can quickly learn new techniques to architectural design and adapt my skills to fit the vision and image of the future firm that I’ll work for. I enjoy learning new programs and searching for the most economical workflow possible. I have been studying and experimenting with rendering buildings drawn in Revit with 3DS Max. Through this experimentation, I strive to generate realistic images and diagrams that will better convey concepts and design strategies to the client.

AUTOCAD
With my design skills, my dedication to evolving my workflow, and my experience in working closely with user groups, I am an ideal candidate for a forward thinking, and community oriented architecture firm. Sincerely, Naomi Campollo

THE GOAL OF THIS PROJECT IS TO CREATE A CENTER FOR SPRINGFIELD, OREGON, AND A DESTINATION FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD, WHERE PEOPLE CAN SHOP, LIVE, AND ENJOY THE TREES.
