We HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting both the Effective date and Marketing Commencement date filled out on the listing agreement. If only the effective date is filled out your listing must go Active in RealTracs within 48 hours, which is not enough time to get professional photos taken. All TAREG Listings (team and personal) must have professional photos.

We recommend two weeks between the effective date and marketing commencement date to allow time for scheduling photos/media and addressing any issues that could arise such as unexpected weather events. Your listing can still go active before the commencement date should you not need the extra time.
