MAINTENANCE ISSUES

Report any maintenance discrepancies to the front desk at your earliest convenience. For after-hours lock box and immediate office assistance call 305-797-4431.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Guests are required to pay for their stay in full at check-in. If you arrive after hours, visit the front desk the following morning at your earliest convenience to complete the check-in process. PCS guests are required to pay every 14 days.

PARKING

Spaces are provided in close proximity to all Vacation Rentals units. Parking spaces outside of the Navy Getaways Vacation Rentals office check-in/out are reserved for that purpose.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES

The on-base laundry facilities (coin operated) are located on Sigsbee Park at the Recreational Lodging Campground.

CONDUCT

Guests are responsible for their own conduct as well as their guests or family members traveling with them while on the installation. The sponsor will be liable for any loss or damage to property caused be abuse, negligence, or willful misconduct.

QUIET TIME

Be considerate of your neighbors. Quiet hours are 10 PM – 6 AM. To report a noise complaint call, 904-542-3109.

KITCHEN SUPPLIES AND LINENS

There will be an additional charge if any supplies are damaged beyond repair and need to be replaced.

FOOD

Keep all prepared food items in the refrigerator or in a tightly sealed container. Being in such a tropical climate, the food can attract ants.

ENERGY CONSERVATION

To conserve energy, turn off the television and lights when not occupying the unit. All appliances should be turned
