FACTS One third of the food produced for human consumption is lost or wasted globally, which amounts to 1.3 billion tons per year. FAO,Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations

Food-Waste Bioplastics is an open publication curated and edited by FabTextiles that aims at documenting and sharing knowledge around material driven design using local food-waste streams.
