Day 1 Awasi Iguazú. D Arrival and reception at the airport; transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at the exclusive Awasi Iguazú Lodge. Once you check in, your private guide will assist you in order to organize an itinerary based on your interests. Day 2 & 3 Awasi Iguazú. B L D Awasi proposes to visit the area through different experiences that are divided according to the geographical areas and durations: full day (6-8 hours) or half day (2-5 hours): t Falls Area: Visiting Iguazú National Park through its three
trails, Península Port, Natives communities, Triple border. t Upper Paraná Zone: Sailing along the Paraná waters, Yerba Mate plantations. t Atlantic Forest Zone: Excursion to the reserve Yacu-í. t Urugua-í Provincial Park Area: Puerto Uruzú – Visit to Urugua-í Provincial Park. t Jesuit Ruins Area: Jesuit Missions, Tetu Cuare, Horacio Quiroga’s house. Day 4 Awasi Iguazú / Puerto Valle. B L D In the morning, during our trip to Puerto Valle we visit one of the three Jesuit Missions’ ruins, which were all declared as a Cultural Heritage Site by UNESCO: San Ignacio Miní, Nuestra Señora de Loreto and Santa Ana, ideal for history lovers. Arrival at Puerto Valle, accommodation and talk about the activities. Travelled distance: 355 km (221 miles) Travel time: 4 hours
Day 5 Puerto Valle. B L D During the stay, we enjoy the scheduled activities.
t Discovering the Wetlands:
Just driving 10 km (6,2 miles), we reach the pier, which is the starting point to embark on a journey along a waterway leading to Valle Lagoon. Duration: 4-5 hours t Safari Iberá National Park:
Departure to the Cambyretá Access that is the Iberá National Parks north entrance. Ideal for fauna and photography lovers. Duration: 4-5 hours t Sailing the Parana River: From
the pier, it is possible to navigate the Parana River to get into the Parana’s rainforest. Duration: 2 hours t Kayaking: A voyage along the
quiet river waters is an adventure for sports and nature lovers. Duration: 1 to 3 hours t Riverside trail: An invitation to
enter into the lush vegetation in search for the traces of howler monkeys. Duration: 1 hour t Horseback riding: Ideal activity
to enjoy the colourful sunsets of
Corrientes. Duration: 2 hours t Visit to the park, plant nursery
and orchard. Duration: 1 hour
Day 6 Puerto Valle / Posadas. B At due time, transfer to Posada’s airport to board the scheduled flight. Travelled distance: 55 km (34 miles) Travel time: 1 hour
To keep in mind: t The Awasi Lodge’s services are exclusive because each villa has a vehicle and a guide assigned during stay. Activities will be scheduled with passengers according to their likes, preferences and physical aptitudes. t The access to the Garganta del Diablo Balcony can be interrupted by the rise of the river flow. t The activities at Awasi and Puerto Valle lodge are available with Spanish and English speaking guide.
