A new loft apartment created within an existing industrial warehouse shell. The clients required maximising communal family space, with separate, more private areas for the children and grown-ups. The existing brick and concrete surfaces are complemented with carefully detailed timber and plywood fittings and fixtures. Total New Build Area: 112m2

A new build private family residence in a unique setting overlooking Kenwood. The project gained full planning permission to include a lower ground floor swimming pool and helpers accommodation, a ground floor including kitchen, dining, living and study areas all with extensive woodland views, and an upper floor comprising 4 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

The project recreates a single family residence from two existing apartments. Access to the rear garden is maximised by the addition of a full width dining kitchen extension, linking through to the existing ground floor reception rooms. The entire house is refurbished and upgraded.

HOLIDAY HOUSE ROCK, CORNWALL
A detached new build 4 bedroom house and poolside studio, situated on the edge of a seaside sailing centre. The house makes reference to the context with extensive use of local materials externally such as slate, render and timber weatherboarding. The use of natural materials is carried throughout the interior, mainly featuring stone trims, hardwood oors and white painted rendered walls. Total New Build Area: 300m2
