Cedar wall nish providing visitors with a calming environment and give a feeling of country side. It is also improving building insulation, that was a necessary bene t with the designed amount of glass.
To reduce the energy assumption Library was designed with large area of the glass curtain wall panels. They were located on the southwest side of the building to prolongate the lighting day.

Diomedes Islands is an undeveloped region. To attract people to this beautiful land the hotel was designed. Kunik Tower is located in between two Diomedes Islands. Tower represents the “touch of the islands and countries. The only way visitors can get there is by cable cars that rises from the aerial station on the islands, to the tower. There are 5 levels of hotel, arrival station for the cable cars, restaurant and observation level, located on the top of the tower. To get to the aerial station there are funiculars available from the villages.
