Local RE/MAX Brokerages Merge, Creating a Win-Win for Agents and Clients This month, I am both excited and honored to share with you a very special announcement – something my business partner, Frank Russo and I have been working on for almost a year now. On June 27th, 2011, RE/MAX Professionals formalized their merger with RE/MAX Integrity.
September 11th 2011. Our companies combined will represent approximately 200 professional and experienced real estate agents. The company name will remain RE/MAX Professionals however we will now have seven valley office locations to services the Metro areas.
As some of you may remember, 10 years ago I worked with Ed McCloud at RE/MAX Integrity at the office located on 67th Ave and the 101 Loop. Over the years Ed was my mentor and my friend – he has always been a wealth of knowledge, not only about real estate, but also on how to grow my business to the next level. It is because of our shared history, common values and similar business philosophies that we believe this merger is a great fit for both companies.
This merger furthers the outstanding reputations of two premier groups offering world class service to Arizona homebuyers and sellers. “We took a long look and saw that a merger of these brokerages would create a win-win situation for all parties involved,” said the co-owner of RE/MAX Professionals, Frank Russo.

success in this market.” This is a great day for both groups. I have a lot of respect for Ed and I have worked with the many outstanding Integrity agents over the years. Everyone at RE/MAX Professionals is excited to merge the talent from both sides and serve an even greater population of homebuyers and sellers in Arizona. In 2010, agents from our two companies participated in a total of 4,528 closed which ranked them No. 8 nationally and No.1 in Arizona, among all RE/MAX Affiliates, for closed transactions sides, according to the recently released Real Trends 500 report. When Frank and I first thought about the idea of merging what we have built over the past 10 years with RE/MAX
Integrity, it was just that, merely a thought. Now today, several years later, we are calling it a reality. We are all very excited and look forward to the endless opportunities that lie ahead of us and we have our clients to thank for the years of continued support, even in the down turn of the market.
