NATIONAL NGO-SOME STEPS TOWARDS EMPOWERNMENT Located in Delhi, National NGO is a registered not for profit, non-government organization which is dedicated towards the causes of disability rehabilitation, HIV/AIDS awareness for prevention and taking concrete actions and measures to help people suffering from similar diseases.

The National NGO promotes community participation, education and protection of environment and social resources and causes. The Vision with which National Ngo works with is that of facilitating better quality life in all its dimensions-social-cultural-educational-exposure through community mobilization and sustainable natural resource management.

National NGO is especially committed to the cause of HIV/AIDA prevention and rehabilitation. It realizes the seriousness of the epidemic and is taking concrete steps in promoting precaution and rehabilitation of patients.

It is also involved in designing, managing and evaluating HIV prevention, care and support and do all it we can to support the cause of HIV prevention.

One very critical part of National NGO’s mission is helping orphans and integrating them into mainstream. It is taking many measures and is leaving no stone unturned to ensure the same.

Children are thrilled on festivals and celebration makes them happily, but with Orphans there is no family and no community where they can celebrate, enjoy, play, learn and grow.

Here’s where National NGO comes in. It makes the interactions of top notch corporate employees with these children so that they feel wanted and cared for. Having a loving adult caring for you gives them a great high.

The NGO has also taken brilliant steps to make it a point to celebrate all major festivals with all the inmates so they can enjoy and celebrate in the festivities. This way they become socially adept and are ready to be integrated into the mainstream. These activities also teach them social conduct which goes a long way in integrating them back into mainstream society.

It is in the growing years that children learn social conduct and education quickly and rapidly, they should not be deprived of such normal considered exposure so that they learn the social norms and customs which will go a long way in integrating them into the society once they grow up.
