Past projects include Cereals Intake & Transfer Systems, Bird Seed Intake and Cleaning, Seed Plant Production, Colour Sorter Installation, Grass Seed Pre-Cleaner Installation, Linseed Seed Treating Plant and Seed Cleaning Plant Upgrade. Over the last three years, GAME has been working with a local crop storage facility to integrate, extend and further extend their site in Lincolnshire. GAME were approached to design, supply and install all the handling and processing systems. The project involved increasing the existing storage capacity to accommodate an additional 18,000 tonnes of combinable crops - including wheat, oilseed rape and malting barley. The upgrade involved increasing the intake capacity to 500 t.p.h, installing new handling and processing equipment rated at 100 t.p.h, and adding a new grain drier and blending system to maximize productivity. GAME was also responsible for all electrical and processing systems. GAME were able to provide the clients with experience and a broad knowledge of the sector, demonstrating extensive project management and more importantly understand the combination/cross-over systems involved in this crop storage facility. This provided the client with innovative new technology which controls the drying, cleaning, sorting and grading of the crops. A year later the customer asked GAME to add a further 9000 tonnes of storage capacity along with associated handling equipment. A 60tph cladded grain dryer was installed to replace

two older units. Further process control was added to accommodate the extra storage along with mains electricity upgrades. The most recent project involved installing new in-feed conveyors to their original storage silos which increased the transfer capacity from 50tph to 100 tph. >>> GAME were commissioned to exchange the clients existing 8 tph drum dryer to a larger capacity 15 tph drum ready for future expansion. This work included the project management removal of redundant equipment and installation of the new equipment along with modifying the feed system to include and weigh screw measuring wet wood to the drum. GAME were appointed as project managers and allocated 16 weeks from shut down to the new drier and all associated works completed ready for production. This included health and safety, design for planning, civil works and the new process, removal/dismantling of existing buildings/ old drier/associated feed equipment and clearing the site and services, civil works - including breaking out old and installing new, modifications to the existing conveying systems and commissioning of the new plant, including integration with the old systems and production requirements The project was delivered on time and within budget, the commissioning results have proved positive on the performance, production and energy savings and confirmed the tight constraints of the installation period did not compromise performance or quality.

GAME has continued to work with leading pet food manufacturer Wagg Foods in Thirsk, who became the first company to us Muyang equipment. Moving into 2013 GAME are feeling very optimistic. With a healthy order book already showing for the beginning of the year, GAME will look to increase staff by approximately 30% in the coming months to sufficiently complete the orders on time. GAME will develop their relationship with Muyang bringing customers the most suitable equipment at the best possible price.
