DAYS 1–3 I AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS/ KINDERDIJK/ROTTERDAM Board the AmaMora in Amsterdam and enjoy a music and dance performance. Cruise Amsterdam’s canals, visit the city’s museums, or attend the Floriade expo. Then head to the World Heritage–listed windmills of Kinderdijk, exploring by bike, electric boat, or on foot. In Rotterdam, take an architecture-focused walking tour, visit historic Delfshaven, or tour a porcelain factory in Delft. Taste Belgian specialties, from waffles and chocolates to beer, or head to the annual Floralia flower show at Groot-Bijgaarden Castle. Attend a classical music performance on board. In the medieval manufacturing center of Ghent, take a walking tour followed by a chocolate-making workshop. Alternatively, spend the afternoon or the full day in enchanting Brugge. Meals: 2B, 2L, 2D

DAYS 6–8 I MIDDELBURG, NETHERLANDS/ HOORN/AMSTERDAM Wake up in the scenic delta of Zeeland; tour medieval Middelburg or go on a bike ride, stopping at a cheese farm. Alternatively, travel to Ouwerkerk to see the impressive engineering of the Delta Works. In North Holland, stop in Hoorn to visit to a tulip farm or the Westfries Museum; or explore the region by bike. This afternoon, stroll through the breathtaking Keukenhof gardens before our farewell dinner. Meals: 3B, 3L, 3D
