DAY 1 I GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO Arrive in Grand Junction and independently transfer to your hotel. DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Grand Junction

DAYS 2–3 I CANYONLANDS NATIONAL PARK, UTAH/MOAB/ ARCHES NATIONAL PARK Travel to Island in the Sky in Canyonlands National Park and spend the day hiking to arches and viewpoints, then enjoy dinner overlooking the Colorado River in Moab. The next day, rise early to explore Arches National Park, choosing trails to some of its 2,000 sandstone arches, and stop at a viewpoint for a picnic. Red Cliffs Lodge | Meals: 2B, 2L, 1D

DAY 4 I CANYONLANDS NATIONAL PARK See the 2,000-year-old petroglyphs of Newspaper Rock State Historical Monument, and then explore the sandstone spires known as the Needles in Canyonlands National Park. Later, head to historic Bluff and settle into your hotel. Desert Rose Inn | Meals: 1B, 1L, 1D

DAYS 6–7 I MESA VERDE NATIONAL PARK, COLORADO/DURANGO Drive through Canyons of the Ancients National Monument and visit the famous Cliff Palace at Mesa Verde National Park.
