Building a "young" Europe, rebuilding ourselves.
We want young Europeans to learn and accept, to embrace and celebrate diversity. The European Youth Parliament (EYP) supports non-formal learning, protects the freedom of speech, and encourages personal development. The European Youth Parliament Greece organises a variety of events on an annual basis for high school and university students, aiming to bring them closer to the European Ideals.
Europe is not faceless and boring for the members of EYP. Their perception of the Union is not characterised by discrimination, bureaucracy, and negotiations behind closed doors. They believe in a democratic union, full of active citizens, of young people who are not afraid to propose, discuss, and decide, united for the future.
The 39th National Selection Conference of EYP Greece, as part of this pan-European movement, aims to create the necessary communication channels that will enable us to listen more carefully, accept different opinions, and develop ourselves.
Youth employment in Europe : Ensuring effective infrastructure to provide young people with equal and ample opportunities
The European Union, has freely decided to be characterised by omnipotent and omnipresent values. Thus, to ensure that youth employment is promoted, providing equal opportunities to its citizens could not be absent from its agenda. We firmly believe that the Session’s theme reflects upon this pan-European effort to rebuild the Union’s workforce and create new and more flexible plans that will be based on lifelong learning and high level apprenticeship.
"Young" Europe, is more than willing to contribute to the European rejuvenation.
