Terms and Conditions •

All orders and queries relating to FIA 2022 should be emailed to fia@naturalgreencs.com.

•

Our price list shows unit prices excluding VAT.

•

The standard VAT rate in the UK is 20%. VAT is applied to all orders unless stated otherwise.

•

Price based on hire of goods only unless stated otherwise.

•

Purchase Order Number or Client Reference Number required for all orders.

•

Payment for goods is expected to be received on order confirmation and as per the terms outlined on the invoice.

•

Payment can be made via BACS or via card payment. Card payments are only accepted via the payment link on the invoice.

•

All items to be returned in the same condition as hired.

•

Any damages that occur during the event should be reported in writing to fia@naturalgreencs.com as soon as possible.

•

Any non-return, damage or excessive cleaning is liable to an additional charge.

•

All items are subject to availability at time of ordering.

•

All planting and floral items are seasonal and therefore subject to availability at time of ordering.

•

All prices include the delivery, standard maintenance and clear.

•

Any stems or items not available will be substituted with a suitable equivalent at the discretion of our floristry team.

•

Bespoke floral designs are available and on a quote by quote basis. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

•

Any florals requiring a full replacement during the event will be charged accordingly.

•

Any items requiring additional maintenance throughout the event will be advised at time of ordering.

•

Floral arrangements are sold on an outright purchase sale. ALL vases from floral displays will be collected by our team at the end of the event and are to be returned in the same condition as hired.

Natural Green Creative Spaces reserve the right to amend, update or change their pricing and terms & conditions at any point. Any amendments, updates or changes will be notified to relevant parties at our earliest possible opportunity.
