With the scan of a recreation center card, seniors have access to a wide array of programs and services at the East. The recreation elements of the center include a gymnasium, indoor pool, fitness center, locker rooms, group exercise room, and community meeting rooms available to its members. With the purchase of an annual activity pass, seniors at the East can enjoy bingo, movies, games, potlucks, holiday lunches, and other social activities and special events programmed especially for their enjoyment.

Seniors who join the facility also have exclusive access to the Hall and the Lounge Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Seniors can additionally choose to join the East's congregate meal program to receive breakfast and lunch from the center's partner, Meals on Wheels. The East is the perfect place for anyone 50 years or older who is looking for a home away from home.
