‚On the Knight‘s trail‘ experience museum

See, hear and feel – in the experience museum the Middle Ages can be enjoyed using all your senses. The 14 themed rooms tell the story of Heinrich the Knight and his Maria, with the history of the Roman road and the Salt road, as well as pilgrims, crusaders, alchemists and stately homes and castles. Attention children – get yourselves Knight Rüdiger’s museum puzzle hunt! Anyone who solves the tricky tasks will be rewarded with a certificate and appointed a damsel or a noble knight.

The complex has both a swimmers’ and a non-swimmers’ pool, a spacious sun-lounger area, a waterslide, as well as a separate splash pool for babies.

Easy circular hike

We invite you to enjoy a leisurely hike beneath the Ehrenberg Fortress near Ehenbichl. The views to all seven villages in the valley basin of Reutte, enjoyed during a rest-stop at the chapel, will join the ranks of unforgettable experiences during your holiday. Our hiking guides look forward to providing interesting information about nature and the past and present during the walk. We walk back across the flields to the starting point.
