No boniyaan Villas Design and Construction of two villas in kasemdeh village with consider of Context and Climate issues , the client demands two villa as a symbole for his residential town . He emphasized the use of some new material . Design & Construction : Navid Ganji Client : Saeed Fallah - Location and size : 100 m/sq - Mazandaran , iran - summer , 2016

This villa located on Kasemdeh village near of Amol city , we have a project that impressed from cultural architecture with consider of The combination of engineering and art . this project has a new define from entry space and innovation in combination of new material (steel on facade and roof) with traditional material (brick that located for first time in our site on the section of roof).we have new style of design for residential houses of region with distinguished character from buildings of constructed before it,it has been the reason to create new movement and now we can see some projects on that area with improve on material , construction , design and etc , later of our project. We had a research on question of “ how we can merge new material with traditional material without have repetitive character. And finally our team considered inspire from Iranian vitrai glass ( orsi ) as glass of windows , and work on roof with facade as a harmonic and integrated artistic and engineering system . so We used brick as a traditional material, steel with Emphasis to entry space as modern material , wood as vernacular material as door , and merge all of them to roof and facade system. challenge with people of that region for creation an change for design a residential house on that context (site ) and match of steel and brick on a harmonic new system with consider of problems of executive ( steel as roof cover ) , were some of our problems . and so for design and construct of this project we had many challenge with people and in fact we must change them mind ( shift paradigm ) for construction of it challenge.

the main building and the construction of two additional office and exhibition buildings.

Enghelab Street Rehabilitation The project encompasses both the rehabilitation of the façades of 114 existing buildings – including 54 of particular interest – and the creation of a public cultural space between the national theatre and opera house. The project was developed through community consultations involving 1,000 invitations, 300 hours of meetings, 200 agreements and numerous plans and drawings. Owners were encouraged to collaborate in the renovation process and maintain their buildings thereafter – favouring preservation over demolition. The rejuvenation of the façades has transformed the street’s appearance. Since it was completed, the scheme’s success in regenerating the district is evident in the establishment of nine new cafés, six restaurants, a bakery, two theatres and a boutique hotel. This Project has Shortlisted for the Aga Khan Award for Architecture 2019 /

ARCH(K)INETIC The project “ARCHINETIC” is seeking for the adaptation and manipulation of contextual ornaments for structural performative surface tessellation in relation to adaptive kinetic building envelopes. This includes a variety of considerations from architectural geometry to physical and digital form-finding and material – form – structures relationship. The two week’s workshop ARCH(K)INETIC 2016 investigated pneumatically actuated compliant mechanisms for adaptive kinetic building envelopes in combination with strategies for structural performative surface tessellations and adaptation of contextual ornaments. The workshop took place from 3rd to 18th September 2016.this workshop organized by CAAI and ITKE (Institute of Building Structures and Structural Design) / Role : as a Team Member for Research , Design and Construct

Selected Cell At the first place, each triangle as a independent cell is divided to 3 equal small triangle which can be bent toward each sides of primary triangle

One of the most reliable reasons to select this alternative as a suitable pattern is about optimization of whole fabrication in order to improve the capability of chosen pattern to expand gradually and more to have less materials consumption In this case each part can work along with adjacent parts

Architecture and Time Machine Book A journey through Literature and Architecture! It was a wonderful experience alongside powerful people and amazing juries. We learnt that Architectures is not only about buildings and in this very first workshop in the world which connected these two fields we found new windows through thinking and designing. the jury committee: Farhad Ahmadi - Architect / Raham Ahmadian - Architect / Houshang Amir Ardalan - Architect /Leila Hatami Actress and Translator /Golnaz Raadi Azarakhshi - Author / Omid Rouhani - Cinema critic, actor and doctor / amid Reza Sepehri - urban planner and publisher / Bita Fayyazi - Sculptor / Taraneh Yalda - Architect and Urbanist / David Spore Scholar and author / has Held on April 2019

In this workshop I chose the Time Machine book and tried to conceptualize the concepts and time sequences of this book using the features of an architectural work. As a result, I categorized the concepts of the book, extracted its features and concepts of social value, and consequently I have spatialized it into an architectural space.Five spaces with five distinctions that complement each other at the same time. The paradox of the story was interpreted in space, The paradox of the story was interpreted in space And the light, the shadows, and the elements of the architecture, describe a space of illusion that evolves and perhaps reaches nothing and the power of not knowing, as in the story. As a result, the Time Machine Book has become a glass cube with some non-transparent angles, which is divided into various pieces and leads to perfection. And at the bottom is a space that receives the sun’s alternating light and reaches an infinite range.

Affordable housing Design in Cambodia Building Trust international have just announced their 8th design competition which is in association with the United Nations Development Programme and the Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone. The competition entitled ‘Affordable Housing Design Challenge’ challenges architects, designers and engineers to submit an innovative design proposal for new affordable housing for low income workers in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The aim of this competition is to design modern, affordable homes for the workers in and nearby PPSEZ. The design should have a sensitivity to the local culture and tropical surroundings and where possible provide a sustainable solution that enhances the local architectural tradition, in which locally sourced renewable resources are used to provide natural temperature and humidity regulation. As the costs related to sustainable technology solutions decrease, opportunities arise to integrate new technology innovations into the design , These new units should be well-designed, sustainable and most importantly improve the quality of life of the intended residents and the surrounding community. More than just housing, this new project should build a future for workers and their families in Cambodia. Decembr 2018 /Design Team : Navid Ganji , Amir Malekshahi
