How to plan a Tour? Planning a tour is interested as same as travelling. A little burden and happiness comes together while planning. But burden can increase while travelling if going on tour without planning. So, I’d like to advice that plan properly before go on any trip. Budget, time tables of transportation, destinations and cuisines all are important and highly noticeable. If we don’t give attention on them, then difficulties can raise and trip becomes worthless and expensive too. There are some tips for decrease worries and burden: Decide a destination: Firstly choose a destination where you want to go. Do some searches about that location. How you can reach, which season is best for the destination, which places are watch worthy. These types of questions are major which you should know the answers. Write down on note book which is looking important for you. Get knowledge about weather and climate, transport, accommodation and food facilities. Know the timing of transportation, when museums and other places open for visit. Ask from your fellows who visited that location, also read articles and blogs and know the things you need. Try to learn language (at least basics), and culture. If you travelling internationally, then keep all the documents in your safety. It will help you, definitely. Plan your Budget: Budget is a main thing; if it once go out from control then it can create tensions and ruin all the fun. So, it becomes compulsory to plan your budget before going for a trip. Write all the estimates. Do searches online for hotel room’s discounts, transportation deals, air fare offers and passes for museums. If possible get a travel credit card from your bank. If you have to save money before travel then start saving money and control on your expenses. Cook at home and leave restaurants. Control all the expenses which are not compulsory for you and these small spending can help you to collect a big amount of money. Pack your lodge: If you make all the plans and decide your destination and ready to go for a trip then pack your lodge wisely. It should be light. Take only that clothes which you mostly need. Don’t choose extra clothes. It will give a weight to your bag and hard for carry. Traveling with lots of luggage stops your movement and results discomfort. Buy films, batteries for your camera, travel and language book, some first aid stuff and keep these all in your bag. Write on paper, all the stuff you taking. Finally, going for trip:
