Residents of NSE family housing at Constitution Park have demonstrated their understanding of the importance of conserving energy. In the past three years, side-by-side comparisons show residents have decreased their average consumption by approximately 12% per home. The savings is enough to run a 100-watt lightbulb for more than 1,000 hours and heat a 350-degree oven for almost 125 hours. The combined conservation savings is enough for 141 homes to run 100-watt lightbulbs for 20,000 hours each and heat 141 350-degree ovens for over 200 hours each. Hunt Companies and Navy family housing are proud of our residents for taking the initiative to save energy and demonstrate the importance of conserving.
