Thank you for your interest in supporting the 45th Annual National Black Law Students Association Convention! The annual convention will take place March 6–10, 2013 at the AmericasMart, adjacent to our host hotel, The Westin Peachtree Hotel.

This letter is to provide you with important information for vending, advertisement, and to solidify your participation during the convention. We hope that you will take this opportunity to present your services, products and materials to our membership, alumni, judges, and numerous other dignitaries who will be in attendance.

Vendors will have the opportunity to set-up on Wednesday, March 6, 2013, and vend from Thursday, March 7 to Saturday, March 11 at the AmericasMart, located at 240 Peachtree Street, NW, Suite 220, Atlanta, GA. The cost for vendor/ exhibitor space is $325 for three full days. In order to confirm your exhibitor space, we ask that you complete the attached form and email to me no later than February 18, 2013.

Upon your confirmation, we will send additional pertinent details, including parking instructions and accessing the loading dock. Please contact the Westin Peachtree Hotel directly if you plan to stay over during the convention.

All attendees receive the convention book, which includes the complete convention agenda, a map of the hotel, schedule of events, exhibitor listings, membership information, and the convention attendee roster.

Extend your reach beyond the expo hall—design your advertisement to include your company’s logo, fonts, and graphics. This helps attendees connect your booth in the expo hall to the advertisement they just saw in the convention book. And, this helps you reinforce your brand and increasing your visibility!
